Fantastic experience: Buying or selling an apartment is a long, delicate, costly process. Doing everything right is not easy. But that is what happened this time. I have known the Tecnocasa real estate agency for a long time because there are several franchises in my neighborhood. In this case, the sale of the apartment was carried out in less than a week, with an intensive scheduled visit calendar that tries to expose the property to potential buyers with different profiles who may be interested in the type of property you are selling. They also take care of the transfer of ownership of services, capital gains, etc. In short, they relieve you, as a seller or buyer, of an overwhelming amount of tasks. The whole process has been perfect, in terms of how it was carried out and in terms of the support they provide throughout the sale, resolving any doubts you may have in no time, with politeness and professionalism. The entire team has done a great job, highlighting in my case, due to my interactions, Eduardo and Rogelio. Without a doubt, if I have to recommend selling a property or if I have to sell another one, they will be the option I choose, as simply put, they do their job perfectly.

Negative experience: Fatal. They tried to sell me a ground floor apartment on Bressel Street with damp issues from the ground, making me believe that the dampness was because the house had been closed for a year. (It turned out that the owner goes every night to smoke joints and they air it out every morning from Tecnocasa) They sell the apartment as if the facade is done. (It is only painted, the rest of the block is isolated from moisture except for the ground floor they wanted to sell me) They assure you that there will not be an elevator and that the topic hasn’t even been discussed. (The study has been done since October.) They pressure you to buy quickly and Rogelio, who has serious emotional problems, speaks badly to you if something doesn't fit. They refund your money if you discover the fraud to cover themselves. I learned all this by being present at the appraisal (and even though Tecnocasa made every effort for me not to go) from the appraiser’s comment about the dampness on the ground referring to it as something serious. To which Luis tried to hook him up, as he is an architect, assuring that it was from the enclosure. The appraiser didn’t buy the lie. After the appraisal, Luis dropped the appraisal price set by the appraiser who works with Tecnocasa, I suppose to influence his decision. Thanks to talking to the neighbors after the appraisal, I was able to clarify everything else. They have no scruples.

Negative experience: I tried to buy an apartment, and they wanted to deceive me because the apartment had dampness and they showed a lack of respect when I did not buy the apartment. It is not worth buying from Técnocasa in San Juan de la Peña, there is a lack of professionalism in all aspects, I will never return to that real estate agency in my life.

I called a couple of weeks ago to see if there was an apartment for rent as it was urgent, and yesterday they called us to inform us that the house is now available. So we agreed to meet in the morning, but they said they couldn't, so we arranged for the afternoon today. And then they call me and say that it is already reserved. What a shame you give. But the time and the hopes for nothing.

Negative experience: Bueno empecemos ... Muy eficaces a la hora de vender todo sea cierto por eso mis 2 estrellas... Cuando aún no has firmado la venta.. te llaman a todas horas . Una vez firmado ya no te llaman más para q vayas a por los papeles.. Q sepáis q cuando vendéis.. ellos ponen una comisión brutal....Y hacen una oferta a la baja.. ellos os dicen q valores su trabajo q solo cobran lo q les paga el vendedor.. y eso es mentira . Cobran a los dos tanto al q vende como al q compra .y siguen llevándose su misma comisión y encima con mentiras.. y dando su palabra.. q para mí la palabra vale más q los papeles firmados . Osea q la palabra de uno de ahí q no voy a decir el nombre porque ya lo sabe.. no vale nada . Solo 1000 euros . Has quedado fatal por 1000 euros . Creo q la palabra de una persona vale mucho más . Mismamente xq tú eres quien trabaja de cara al público y no yo .. la vdd q me sentido un poco engañado .. en ese aspecto pero engañado yo personalmente porq no fueron sinceros.. podría pomer mas cosas q hicieron y no muy bien echas que digamos.. pero bueno .. solo advertiros q cobran a los dos.. por si no lo sabéis.. y andar con cuidado .. no creáis mucho lo q os dicen y menos cuando dicen q valores su trabajo .. q en 2 meses de intentar vender la casa.. han cobrado en comisiones lo q yo gano en 4 meses . Ahí es nada . Bueno espero q aprendáis de los errores de los q lo hicimos antes nosotros .
