Negative experience: The worst rental agency there can be. They do not protect the tenant, contracts are not known, they are not updated, security deposits are not known... any doubts, or ignorance, on the part of the owner... disorganized and unreliable staff... an experience not recommended at all. Among the least professional seen in any sector.

Negative experience: It is not an agency that protects the tenant. It cannot be that AFTER signing the termination of the lease contract certifying that the property is being returned in the same condition, they wash their hands of it, do not manage the return of the deposit, and directly refer to the owner. As I mentioned, after signing that termination which stated that there were no damages to the property, we did not see a single cent of the deposit. They were completely biased towards the landlord due to shared interests.

I sold my apartment with their help, I live outside Zaragoza and they took care of everything, informing me at each moment of the actions taken and the evolution of all the processes. At first, everything was fine, but when it came time to leave, they only looked out for the landlords and left us stranded when we were in the right. We handed the keys over to them, and they told us everything was fine, but then they deducted money from the deposit without reason. The management has been terrible, and the deadlines were a mess. They told us one thing and then another, it was constantly misleading, a complete disaster. I do not recommend renting any property with them at all. I feel completely deceived by them.
