They assured me it was no problem and that I shouldn't worry, they would handle it. The apartment sold in 10 days, and the girl who bought it did so with the condition of immediate key delivery, which they also said was no problem. We signed the deposit and soon learned that they hadn't informed the buyer about the time for moving, which caused a conflict. Jbr's solution was for us to discuss it among ourselves and reach an agreement, and that's what we did. However, instead of a month, it was reduced to 8 days, which caused us quite a bit of stress. I am still waiting for some acknowledgment from the real estate agency since they did their job well. At no time did they contact me to inform me of the sale conditions before signing the deposit. They told me that these things happen and that no discount or anything is appropriate.
