Fantastic experience: Very good professional. A fully trusted real estate agency.
Negative experience: We left the apartment on June 30, we asked her as a favor not to cancel the electricity, water, and gas contracts, she told us she would change the ownership and she did it a month later, I'm still receiving bills, we tried calling her to resolve the issue and she doesn't answer her phone. And here we are paying bills that don't belong to us. Very unprofessional.
Good afternoon, The first thing I want to clarify is that I did not rent the property from you, I simply went to pick up the keys when you decided to terminate the contract, since the owner could not. From that point on, it was you who decided to talk to me instead of directly with the owner. On the other hand, you are right about the supplies, a change was requested, but when your partner notified that it had not been done correctly, it was mentioned that it would be resolved immediately and that the bills that arrive would be paid without any problem. On August 30th, you sent me the bills and I mentioned that I would speak with the owner, but due to my schedule, I informed you that I had an appointment with him on Friday, September 6th, the situation became complicated, and I could not notify you that the payment would be made to you. Yesterday was a holiday, and I was not working, but even so, I resolved the issue for you. I am sorry if I have seemed unprofessional, but I always try to do my job as best as I can. Best regards.

Negative experience: Pide nóminas y justo cuando se las mandas, el piso ha sufrido un accidente y no lo van a arreglar, nos ha hecho perder tiempo y la sensación de haber sido víctima de una estafa, muy mala esperiencia y nervios
