Negative experience: They are scammers, they make contracts in your name without asking for your permission and then they make excuses with nonsense. Very poor treatment of the tenant, they lie to you and put on a nice face to get you to rent an apartment quickly, but then they are rude and shameless, shouting at you and ignoring you.

Negative experience: This real estate agency does not fulfill the commitments signed by its salespeople. After signing a rental contract for a property I own with one of the salespeople, the manager or owner of the business canceled it 10 days later because he was not in agreement with the terms, leaving his colleague or employee in a very bad position. These gentlemen are discretionary and capricious. I met the former manager with whom I had a very good relationship. It seems to me that they live off the earnings from those years. Good luck to anyone who approaches them. I see, by your response, that the lesson I didn't give you at the time is now being demanded by you loudly. I have the contract signed by your colleague and sealed with the terms I negotiated with her in person, and I explained to her that I had spoken with you, and that the terms you sent me were not acceptable, but that if you were interested in trying to rent it out in August while I was away, you could work on it exclusively that month without any compensation from me. Terms that were signed. The public should know that the conditions you proposed were one monthly payment from the owner and another from the tenant. At no point did you mention in your WhatsApp messages, received without me contacting you, those conditions, but rather the conditions that affected me. Your fees seemed incredibly abusive to me at that time; currently, they are illegal, and it would be me who would have to pay them as the owner. I regret having forgiven you for the breach of contract complaint.
Good morning Mr. Baronrojo or Mr. Antonio. At first, I thought you had made a mistake by leaving a review for the wrong company, but then remembering... I now know who you are; you were here a whopping 2 years ago and you left a review yesterday complaining about our service... (although you really can't judge our work because you have never been a client of our company; a client is someone who makes an order and pays for it). I reply to your assertions, which are all lies: First of all, you have not signed any rental contract with our company, you called our real estate agency indicating that you wanted us to rent a property you had in Parque Arturo León, to which I explained our conditions for renting it, which were that you leave it for us exclusively and that if the rental was successfully completed, you would need to pay us a monthly fee for our services, to which you said you wouldn't pay fees or give exclusivity, and up to that point, everything was correct. A few days later, you insisted on entrusting us with the management but without paying us and without exclusivity, to which I responded the same (this is written in your WhatsApp), our company has these conditions, if you are not interested, no problem, as you can understand we will not offer different conditions to different owners, we are a serious company.. and you replied again that you would not pay anything for the service, (I understood that this is where our business relationship ended and that you would look for some company that would give you a service at no cost). At the beginning of August 2021, you showed up at our real estate agency with some keys for us to rent it out and left the keys with my colleague saying that you had already spoken with me (since I was on vacation). When I returned from my vacation and saw the keys to your property, I was surprised and the first thing I did was call you to ask if you then agreed with the conditions I mentioned and that I would start working on it, and your answer was again the same, that you wanted the service but wouldn't pay for it... to which I indicated that please come by for your keys, as I have already indicated on numerous occasions how we work, so this is where our business relationship definitively ends. Regarding making my colleague look very bad, I think you are mistaken again; we have been work colleagues for 25 years and our relationship is excellent, we have never let each other down.. I think you are the one who looks very bad, first with me trying to manipulate the company’s rules and impose your own, then with my colleague, leaving her some keys taking advantage of the fact that I was on vacation and telling her that you had already spoken with me without her knowing anything about it: And above all, you are now exposed and in a very bad light before everyone on social networks.. And you lie again saying that you knew an old manager with whom you had a very good relationship.. well this company has been operating for 25 years and there has only been one manager, which is me. You cannot go to companies imposing your rules or assigning jobs that you then don’t want to pay for.. I suppose if you go like this through life, you will have many problems in all your dealings. Your criticisms make no sense, and neither my colleague nor I have seen your attitude in the 25 years we have been in this profession. I think it is as simple as if you are not interested in the conditions of a company, just look for another company that interests you more and avoid conflicts or twists. Negative experience: A bunch of crooks and unprofessional, we contacted them to rent a property, the tenants did not fulfill the contract, deceived by the agency and they treated us with disdain when we mentioned the situation, distorting our judgment and making us doubt what we saw with our own eyes.
Good morning Dolores and Manuela, In response to your accusations, we can respond as follows: You hired us to find tenants with a series of requirements and solvency guarantees, which I believe they fulfill abundantly. We presented the tenants' documentation, and you accepted it immediately, as the profile is very high due to the guarantees that your nephew, who is the joint guarantor of the lease contract (with 200,000€/year in income), offers, and it is a very good profile considering the tenants are a married couple of retired elderly individuals, with their niece taking care of them. Additionally, we indicated that we had already rented them more properties and that they have had no problems with previous owners (we can prove this at any time). In light of your comments, we called your tenants, and they told us they feel harassed by you (their exact words), showing up at the house unannounced, stating that they do not open the windows, that they do not clean the kitchen, asking if they have a bicycle and a scooter, whose they are, etc. The truth is that you have made them quite uncomfortable. The tenants have already mentioned that the brother of the guarantor has temporarily come to Spain for medical issues and is staying with them. I think you should read the LAU and verify that any direct family member can live in the property, so I do not understand where your claim of them breaching the contract comes from... it has no basis in what you are stating. Both the tenants and our company believe that the repeated comments you have made are due to their nationality; they have felt this way, and so have we. So, these are prejudices that you have against them (What we do not understand is that, if you have these prejudices, you had full documentation before signing and accepted it immediately). For our part, we do not treat anyone with disdain as you say; we simply treat all tenants and owners equally, regardless of their nationality. We believe that the problem lies with you, neither the tenants nor the agency has committed any irregularities. I insist that you read the URBAN LEASE LAW carefully. I believe that despite not having any reason in your accusations, we have patiently and politely assisted you at all times, only to receive your words: 'Shameless and unprofessional'... I can only say that it is not the one who wants to offend, but the one who has a solid argument in what they say, so we will forget your words. I hope that from now on you have a better relationship with your tenants, as they will not give you any problems; and above all, that you inform yourselves well of your rights as Landlords but also of your obligations to avoid further issues with them. Negative experience: I was attended by Luis and everything was fine until I moved in. He told me he was going to change the gas and electricity contract into my name and it turns out that not only did he change the ownership, but he switched me to another company by making a contract with conditions that he deemed appropriate and that I was NOT informed about. When I called to ask for the reasons, he hung up on me. Having already signed my contract, Luis tried to switch me to that company again (luckily, the company spoke to me again because it didn't add up, and my landlord sent me a screenshot of the WhatsApp where Luis told him that I don't sign contracts. I suppose the reason for this is that he is getting a commission from that company, but making contracts with someone else's data without their consent is totally ILLEGAL. Luis is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy person. I just received a threat from Luis via WhatsApp for leaving this review.
First of all, I want to respond to the claim about the change of ownership to Repsol, where you say we have deceived you. On the day we handed over the property to you, we offered to make the changes with the company we work with, which in this case is Repsol, and you signed the authorization for us to do so, voluntarily providing all your information to pass it on to the company, authorizing the change of ownership at that moment (this document is in our offices). Therefore, we did not give away your information; rather, you provided your data to an energy company by signing those details and authorizing it. Subsequently, the company sent you the contracts for both electricity and gas, identifying itself as Repsol the whole time, which you also signed and gave a copy of. Thus, we don't understand how you claim you were not informed and that we changed the ownership without your permission. The truth is that there may be misunderstandings between people, but when someone signs up to two times and then the company conducts a phone verification that is recorded, I believe there is no misunderstanding at all. If you later thought it was better to switch to another company, that's another matter, and you can change companies whenever you see fit. Although we know that the conflict you are seeking is not about this issue, but because you have rented a property without paying a single euro to the real estate agency (since current law obliges owners to pay such fees), and from day one, you have been requesting services from the agency, such as calling the owner, asking for the washing machine to be fixed, sending a plumber, etc. I believe you should know that you cannot request services from a company that has not charged you anything, and above all, you must understand that the real estate agency is not the owner of the property in which you live; it is you who, if you have any problems in your apartment, should contact the owner, not us. Despite this, we have attended to you patiently and politely until the day we told you to go to the owner and not us, which motivated you to leave this review. If you cannot manage your rental due to immaturity or whatever reason, that is not our problem. The owner is already informed about all of this. On another note, you have publicly called me unpresentable, and the only thing I have told you is that this is the second time you have insulted me, and the threats you claim to have received from me mean that next time we might have to file a lawsuit. As you can understand, we do not have to endure your insults just because you cannot manage your rental (hire someone to help you with it). You should have more education and not disrespect anyone. However, you are committing a crime by spreading false reviews and coordinating third parties, friends, or acquaintances to discredit a company on social media, with the sole purpose of misleading users and clients and thereby degrading a company's reputation. It is a crime that is resolved by criminal law. Negative experience: Alquilamos un piso con ellos, todo bien hasta el final. Cuando entregamos el piso nos dijeron que estaba todo bien y que no habría ningún problema. Destacamos un elemento, que se había roto por el uso, pero la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que no tendría ninguna importancia y que lo dejásemos, que el personal de limpieza lo tiraria. Después de unos días, nos lo restaron de la fianza multiplicado por dos el valor. Además, también hubo otra elemento (bisagra de una puerta) que se rompió por el uso ordinario de la vivienda (que ya estaba rota cuando entramos), ya me dirán cómo si no se rompe una bisagra. Si una bisagra cuesta 5€, nos restaron de la fianza 40€, alegando que tenia que ir un especialista a cambiar ( 1 mes después, no hay factura de ese arreglo, estoy pensando que se lo quedaron). Muy mal al final, cuando se usa dinero de una fianza, al ser dinero de otra persona, se debería dialogar e intentar que se reponga dialogando con la persona que deja el piso, las cosas se HABLAN. No se debería usar el dinero de una fianza como si fuera una tarjeta de crédito, es dinero ajeno. Que también destacar, nos dijeron que el piso poseía de extractor, en ningún momento se nos ocurrió pensar que ese extractor era de adorno, como consecuencia, nos entregaron un piso con toda la cocina llena de grasa en las puertas de los armarios. Y se le explicó al casero el problema con la inmobiliaria y le dio igual, me resalto que nos había resuelto un problema que tuvimos con el baño, que lo arregló con su dinero, pero ¿es su obligación como arrendador de la vivienda? LOGICO QUE LO PAGUE CON SU DINERO, tiene obligaciones como propietario de la vivienda, solo faltaba. En fin, muy mal al final, tened mucho cuidado cuando dejéis un piso, hacer fotos a todo u os quitarán dinero de la fianza sin preguntaros.
Buenos días Miguel AngelPrimero aclararte que Nosotros solo somos los representantes de la propiedad, NO LA PROPIEDAD DEL INMUEBLE.Por otro lado y ya que escribes en nuestra página en vez de manifestar todo a la propiedad, te damos la respuesta en nombre de la propiedadDecir por adelantado que el propietario el tiempo que habéis estado en la vivienda ha estado totalmente conforme con vosotros.Cuando nos comunicasteis que os ibais nuestra empresa os comunico que teníais unas fotografías adjuntas al contrato y que teníais que devolver la vivienda exactamente tal y como os lo entregaron ( está la comunicación por escrito); Una vez entregada la vivienda, la propiedad fue a revisar la vivienda y detectó que habíais roto un tendedero y habíais roto una bisagra de una puerta ( efectivamente una bisagra no se rompe si no se descuelga la puerta ) y en la vivienda los que habéis vivido sois vosotros no la propiedad por lo que los responsables sois vosotros no hay que derivar responsabilidades a nadie ..La propiedad , al vds haber dejado la vivienda en estas condiciones y su nuevo inquilino indicarle que quería el tendedero y que le reparasen la bisagra, cómo es lógico y de sentido común nos indicó que se comprara un tendedero lo más básico posible, tal y como era el que estaba (32euros) y se mandase reparar esa bisagra que efectivamente no llegará su importe a 5 euros pero hay que mandar un operario que la vaya a comprar y que la ponga.... si el servicio de compra , salida e instalación de un operario hacer este trabajo por 35€ le parece muy caro es una opinión personal pero no real, pues cualquier operario cobra 40 euros por la salida..Si vds no quieren en este caso o en un futuro que nadie les llame la atención o que nadie les descuente importes de una fianza, es muy fácil, dejen la vivienda tal y como se les entregó y no tendrán nunca problemas ni con este propietario ni con ningunoNo es un tema de dinero sino de responsabilidad y madurez, y estas experiencias seguro que os ayuda a ser más responsablesCon respecto a nuestra empresa, no sabemos en que no hemos cumplido nuestro cometido ... te hemos informado en todo momento que al no haber reparado o sustituido lo que habéis roto, se os iba a descontar de la fianza.No obstante , en el contrato que firmó lo tiene puesto bien claro, que la fianza es para responder de la vivienda y sus enseres y se le ha devuelto la fianza descontando lo que han rotoTambién os hemos atendido pacientemente tus decenas de llamadas diarias a todas horas, insistiendo en que el propietario no os descontase lo que habíais roto.. No te podemos ya dar más explicaciones de las que te hemos dado, es algo de SENTIDO COMUNGracias
