Negative experience: Victor scheduled us for 9:20 AM today (30.09.2024) to see an apartment on Malaga street. He told us we would be the first visit. Upon arriving at 9:17 AM, we saw that he was entering through the doorway with other potential buyers. To our surprise, within 5 minutes, we were waiting outside with 5 different couples, all scheduled in 5-minute slots to see the apartment. We called him several times to inform him that we were waiting at the entrance. When he came down at 9:40 AM, he was still going to go up with another couple before showing it to us. I know the real estate sector well and I am aware of these aggressive sales strategies. I understand that they schedule several visits in a row to try to make buyers cross paths and create a sense of urgency in the purchase, but certainly, you can’t view an apartment in 5 minutes, and it is unethical to schedule 5 couples in 10 minutes. You are playing with people's time, who also make an effort to attend and expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. We will file a formal complaint with the College of Real Estate Agents. These methods are what give the sector a bad reputation. I invite people to read the negative reviews of the company but, above all, the responses. I feel that the tone is not appropriate in responses from a private company to reviews from individuals seeking to express their opinions about a service received.

Negative experience: We were attended by Víctor for a visit to an apartment that is right in front of their offices. My partner and I arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time because punctuality is one of our core values, especially considering that we had both made space in our work schedules. However, upon arriving, we realized that it was not a usual visit like the ones we had with other real estate agencies, as we are actively searching for a home. We found ourselves in the lobby with other couples, equally surprised, who had also been scheduled with a 5 to 10-minute margin each, all for the purchase of the same apartment. When our time came, we called Víctor, but there was no response. 15 minutes passed, and we tried to contact him again without success. We then decided to cross over to their offices, where we found four empty desks, with no one available to assist us. Approximately 20 minutes after messaging him on WhatsApp, Víctor finally replied: '1 min down.' Of course, we did not conduct the visit. We were not willing to permit such a lack of respect. In addition to the obvious lack of professionalism, the 'strategy' of trying to sell an apartment in this manner, as if we were at a FLEA MARKET, is unacceptable. When he finally came down, Víctor confirmed that he had indeed scheduled all couples with such a tight time margin and was unable to provide any valid argument to justify this malpractice. Agents like him with 'aggressive strategies', who seem to be used to all clients accepting this type of treatment (making everyone jump through hoops), is unacceptable. This experience was enough to know that we do not want to deal with this person anymore. I will file a complaint with APIS, and I encourage everyone who encounters real estate agents of this kind to do the same. Let’s not allow these behaviors to continue mistreating those who are looking for a home and take advantage of necessity and the current situation.

'Cercasa,' a certain Cesar Rios pressured us with the proposal to sell the house for €79,000, which he claimed was a good price. 'SPEECHLESS.' In the end, the selling price was €130,000. A thousand thanks again! Trust this real estate agency because this sale has been very complicated due to a burden we had, and it was already in the hands of a vulture fund. We have been able to sell, liquidate, pay the expenses involved in a sale of this nature, and we have a little money left. Víctor has been a real estate manager, a lawyer, a defender of injustices 24/7, and I do not have enough words of gratitude. BRAVO.

Negative experience: I am sharing my experience with this company. I was very unhappy with the treatment, to put it mildly, as they completely ignored my messages. I spent 4 days calling the company without any response. They contacted me a few days later on Saturday, saying they hadn't been able to respond... I told them I wanted to see a house, and they replied that the advisor would call me on Monday. Monday afternoon came, and since I didn’t receive any call, I tried to contact them again, but they left me on read and didn’t respond. The next day I reached out again, and they told me to wait a few minutes, but the whole day went by and nothing. The next day (day 8), I called the company several more times without any response. I messaged them on WhatsApp (again...) and they told me they were waiting to contact the owners and would schedule a visit, which they would let me know. On the 14th, I reached out one last time to see if they had any updates, leaving me on read on WhatsApp for 11 days, and I still have no response. The least they could do is respond, but I see that not even that.

These people only treat you well if you give them money. Yesterday the scheduled appointment was yes, if we arrived late it was because you never sent us the address correctly and we had to call the manager to provide us with something that Victor couldn't because he NEVER answered. Today we arrived at 11:25 and there was no one, we also wrote to Victor on WhatsApp, we have the screenshots telling him we were there and he NEVER responded. His excuse was to say he left at 11:20 BECAUSE 'WE WEREN'T THERE' and actually we were there and HE wasn’t because he FORGOT that the appointment was at 11:30. (in the message it was clear that it was at 11:30, and THIRTY) and he says he LEFT AT TWENTY (20) YOU’RE GOING TO LEAVE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, WHY? and excuses himself saying we weren’t there when he knows the next appointment was at 12. You arrived at 12:03 because those guys told us the appointment was at 12 so why do you lie saying it was 11:45? Your arrogance and ego do not want to lose the job huh? Do you realize your bad lie? your timings do not match what you say and with my evidence. If I see you lie more I will upload the screenshots to my Ig and make it public and I will tag you. I will contact the 12 o'clock clients (because I know them) and your face will fall.

Todo empieza un día 16 de agosto, acudo a una visita en la que me enseñan un piso de X metros, por un precio que era orientativo, ya que el dueño admitía hasta 6000€ de negociación, un gasto de comunidad de 20€/mes (con ascensor???) y todo súper bien. Esa tarde hago la señal para ofrecer la contraoferta al vendedor ya que te exigen pagar 1500€ para poder hacer una oferta. Me dicen que el lunes me dirán algo, a miércoles aún no se había pronunciado nadie y llamo. Me dicen que pase por la inmobiliaria. Paso y resulta que no había ninguna negociación, el precio era el del anuncio y el dueño no bajaba ni un euro, es decir, me mintieron para captarme. Bueno, acepto porque me urge comprar y doy las arras. Ahí empieza el calvario real. Automáticamente Victor Pellicer, el franquiciado, se desentiende del piso y la recavacion de documentos la tengo que hacer yo porque el no hace nada. Constantemente llamándole y enviándole mensajes para que consiguiese los certificados. Llegue a ir a la inmobiliaria a hablar con el y empecé a grabar las llamadas porque me mentía con todos los datos. Me dio el nombre de una administradora que no llevaba la finca, el piso tenía derramas, la comunidad ascendía al triple de la cantidad que me dijo, no pedía los documentos cuando tocaba y pretendía que firmase la compra sin un certificado que me exigía mi banco. Llegue a amenazarle con resolver arras y poner todo en manos de abogados que ya me habían estado asesorando. Total que mentira tras mentira, llegar al punto de amenazarle, grabar las llamadas porque en cada una me mentía más aún, enterarme de una derrama y gastos superiores a los indicados y por un piso que encima mide menos de lo que ponía en el anuncio y arras. Mi experiencia ha sido 2 meses (literalmente del 16 de agosto al 11 de octubre) de enfados, nervios e impotencia por un mal profesional, inepto, sin conocimientos, vago y muy mal educado pero que se lleva 8.000€ por no hacer nada ya que cobra por las dos partes, comprador y vendedor. A posteriori me he enterado de que, además, decía que yo quería ligar con él. El único contacto que yo quería tener con él hubiera sido en un ring de boxeo, porque eso es lo que se merece. Además, en arras pone que el comprador se hace cargo del 100% de los gastos de gestoria y que te devuelve las arras sujeto a tasación (que la hace su conocido y siempre sale al alza) así que no te devuelve las arras si el banco luego no te da la hipoteca. Negative experience: Realmente decepcionante... Falta seriedad, verdad, humildad, formación y pasión, sin pasión por tu negocio no hay mucho qué esperar. Sólo quieren tú dinero o algún otro beneficio qué les puedas aportar, sin importarles nada más qué eso. Te engañaran o mejor dicho, intentarán engañarte dando una apariencia opuesta a la dicha descripción para solo y exclusivamente llenarse los bolsillos. Una vez conseguido el objetivo, te esquivarán, no sé harán responsables de por ejemplo, algo tan simple cómo hacer un cambio de nombre en la compañía de la luz. Si ya no pueden obtener beneficios en tí, te tratarán como realmente se describen, sin apariencias, con la arrogancia que caracteriza a la persona que dirige y personaliza está inmobiliaria.

En quant al canvi de rebuts que comenta un altre client, en ppi. es fan càrrec ells si ben és cert que quan sorgí un problema amb les domiciliacions ho haguérem de solventar nosaltres. Per una altra banda, després de quasi un any rere la compra, els demanàrem fotos de l'estat original del pis i ens les han enviat ràpidament sense problema. .
