Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in the area and don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews; they create accounts themselves to boost their rating, just look that the people with those reviews only have 1 review and it's for them. - They lowered the price of my property and confirmed the sale without telling me they would pay me less. - They verbally committed to certain conditions that they later refused to fulfill because they were not in the contract. - They did not mediate at all, they gave my number to the buyer and I had to do everything myself. - They applied hidden fees in the legal loophole of the contract to take more money from me and threatened me with going to court, where it would be me with my lawyer against the real estate chain's lawyers (as if they were a mafia). - The sales manager was arrogant, lied to me, and threatened me throughout the process just because I had signed a contract and they could force me. Conclusion: There are many real estate agencies in the area, it's impossible for there to be one that could be worse than this.
