First, the new housing law requires the owner to pay the agency's commission by law only when the lease contract is for a regular residence of 12 months, so all contracts that are not for regular residence, like in this case [TEMPORARY FOR 11 MONTHS], the commission must be paid by the tenant. If you have doubts, read the new housing law that came into effect on May 28, 2023. And please, before insulting and defaming, get informed well. Ignorance is like a blind person who cannot see.
