No sólo son unos grandes profesionales a la hora de conseguir inquilinos si no que no se desvinculan, haciendo un seguimiento de la operación, incluso meses después. Responden a las mil maravillas ante cualquier problema intermediando entre el propietario y el inquilino, aportando soluciones a cambio de dar un servicio pleno. Ya no sólo que sean impuntuales y tarden en contestar cuando demuestras interés sino que están mareando y pidiendo documentación que no hace falta para luego ponerte una excusa y decir que el piso ya está alquilado. Prefieren que alquilen personas que han nacido en España, vamos, lo que se dice discriminar. Les falta una buena denuncia

Negative experience: Servicio de alquiler funciona de maravilla. Otra es la situación con la compra-venta, en mi caso. Después de 3 años de espera por una escritura, no muestran ningún interés en terminar su trabajo. Llamo y escribo constantemente y siguen ocupados con algo distinto. Muestran poco o nada interés. Desde la compra hasta ahora el gerente como si ha desaparecido, siempre ocupado y delega el trabajo a otros. Lástima.

Negative experience: De lo peor, MIENTEN, MALOS GESTORES Y MALOS TRABAJANDO interesamos por tres pisos y haré tres reseñas a cada cual peor. 1 Nos interesamos por un piso, nos dicen que aún no se puede enseñar, que no tienen las llaves y que era un tema herencia. Llamamos y hablamos con varias personas durante 15 o 20 días la misma respuesta y de repente un día ya estaba reservado ese piso. INCREIBLE 2 visitamos un piso, nos gustó y nos pidieron documentación para estudio económico. Nos dijeron que llamarian al dia siguiente y dos meses sigo esperando. 3 Ya tengo casi decidido el piso, sale un nuevo anuncio que me interesa, que quiero verlo cuánto antes, que si me gusta lo reservamos, porque ya hemos decidido por uno y si este está mejor, la operación se cierra, es para mí suegra ese piso y ella no necesita financiación. Pues me llamaron a las 4 horas que no se hacían con el propietario desde hacía 2 días. RESUMEN: NEFASTOS. han perdido la oportunidad de vender dos pisos. Por suerte ya tenemos otras opciones mejores. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
