Negative experience: At first very well, very hardworking. In the end, we had to lower the price of the house a lot because of the poor condition left by the previous residents. And one of the two sellers, Diego Andrés, treated me very poorly, not explaining the situation regarding the 'arras penitenciales'. I must say that the other seller, Alex, is a good person. This gentleman, Diego, signed amounts and 'arras penitenciales' with the buyer on December 14, 2023, and the next day he came to my house under the pretense that the buyer wanted to pay a lower amount. I responded with another, slightly higher offer, but I made it clear that if the other party did not cover at least a symbolic amount for the damages caused, I would NOT SIGN THE 'ARRAS'. Then he presented me with a paper to sign, supposedly for another price drop. A few days later, he told me that what I signed was the 'ARRAS PENITENCIALES'. He did all this to an elderly person, believing I wouldn't notice WHAT A DISGRACE! An unethical arrangement between him and the buyer to make me feel obligated to sell, under the threat of having to return double the 'arras'. And I have the two documents. I don't know how he dared to make that arrangement if he was going to go out and I was going to find out.. On top of that, I have learned that this gentleman Diego Andrés is one of the franchise owners. LAMENTABLE! I HAD TO PAY HIM 3,611 EUROS IN SALES COMMISSION, despite his LIES. In the end, disappointing... I will never trust TECNOCASA again, even though not all the people who work there are like HIM THANKFULLY! -----------------------------------------------+-+ REPLY You, DIEGO ANDRÉS GIMÉNEZ signed a 'ARRAS PENITENCIALES' contract on December 14, 2023, with Mr. ÁLVARO GARCÍA BARRERO AND BEATRIZ HAENNI CAPILLA, the buyers. He collected a deposit of 3,000 euros and did not inform me. He retained it until January 15. Realize the IRREGULARITIES HE CAUSED! I don't understand how an adult person can do all that. Learn the lesson, always act with the TRUTH upfront. The next day he came to me with the tale that we had to lower the price further, and I told him again, THAT IF THE OTHER PARTY DID NOT COVER 5,000 euros for the damages, which caused the price to drop so much, I WOULD NOT SIGN THE 'ARRAS'... He presented me with a paper, supposedly for another drop, and it was the 'ARRAS' and, to top it all off, he did not WARN me. After it was signed is when he told me THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO TELL THE OTHER PARTY ANYTHING, meaning he never told me anything before. The fact that in the beginning he acted well does not mean.../ that I DO NOT LIE, HE IS THE ONE WHO LIES AND HE KNOWS IT. There are documents that record these IRREGULARITIES. Very unpleasant... with this I conclude, the next step is to go to CONSUMO. And what hurts me the most is that, TRUSTING him, I SIGNED THE PAPER WITHOUT READING IT. I did not show any joy for the sale of the house... HIS LIE, I wanted to undo the sale and was told I would have to pay double the 'ARRAS' AND THEIR FEES. My lawyer knows this and so does he. I repeat, he deceived me. WHAT REMAINS NOW IS TO GO TO CONSUMO. The last thing Mr. Diego did was, in response to my complaint at the OMIC of the Valencia City Council, he involved an employee of the franchise whom I do not know and who did not intervene in the sale at all, as if she were the one who had done the paperwork and so on. Here, the one I spoke with and who did the paperwork was Mr. Diego Andrés and not his REPRESENTATIVE, as he claims. Too many lies and shady dealings, Mr. Diego Andrés, you say and do. Now I suppose that this gentleman will be very careful with what he does after the foul play he pulled on me. I will always remember him as a MEAN person; whenever I can, I will say it, HE STILL HAS NOT RECOVERED THE 'ARRAS PENITENCIALES' because he does not have them signed by me, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT MADE. And even though his shady dealings, in this case, may have worked out, he will always be tainted by his wrongdoings. I see that, with exceptions including mine, there are good reviews. What a pity that I ended up in that office and that you were the one who assisted me! How badly you acted!

Negative experience: Since July 27th with a flat viewed and from July 28th with the flat agreed upon, we were being given a move-in date for August 10-11 for the flat, all this for the simple fact of passing two rent insurance checks (the second one merely due to the whims of the landlord, who did a proper job interview with us via video call). In the same area, 24 hours later, I found a flat in better condition and even for €50 less per month. I do not recommend this real estate agency if you are looking for a rental, they are truly incompetent, almost bordering on a scam. They give the landlord absolutely everything he asks for and treat the tenant like a nobody. If you are looking for a flat to rent in the La Malilla area (Valencia), go to any other real estate agency as they manage everything better and, above all, faster. They have a guy named Vicente working there who is the worst real estate advisor I have ever seen in my life, and believe me, I have seen some very, very bad ones.

Sólo van a cobrar su comisión Mintieron sobre el estado de un inmueble que no se podía vender, y llevamos más de seis meses sin poder hacer la compraventa, y lo que queda... eso sí, su comisión la cobraron el primer día y no era poco!! Cuando quieran me dan una solución, estoy esperando...
