Negative experience: Llamé para pedir información sobre una casa en alquiler en el centro histórico de Valencia y me dijeron que me llamarían enseguida. Como no lo hicieron, volví a llamar y me enteré de que el inquilino se estaba mudando y aún no se podía ver la casa. Llamé en días posteriores y me decían lo mismo: "que la semana que viene me avisarían, cuando se marchara el inquilino". Mi sorpresa fue que esta inmobiliaria quitó el anuncio sin avisar y sin llamarme, a lo que me contestaron que "finalmente, el inquilino no se marchaba y la casa ya no estaba en alquiler". ¿Y a qué esperaban para llamarme y avisarme? Si no lo llego a mirar yo, ni me entero. Es una falta de respeto hacia el cliente y una muestra de poca profesionalidad, pasotismo y desidia.
