Negative experience: Terrible management. The other day I went to visit an apartment and it was unclean, under construction, and had strong damp smells. It was described as having 2 rooms, but in one of them, there was only a tiny sofa bed and in the other, there wasn't even a lamp. The wardrobe in the master bedroom was so small it only came up to my waist. They sell these old charm apartments to disguise the fact that they haven't renovated anything or even want to make the minimum repairs.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. We went to view a house with Esther from this team after looking in Valencia for a couple of years. The house had only been on for a few days. Firstly Esther didn't get back to my email inquiring about the house for days. I chased her up and managed to make an appointment for a viewing. The first thing she said on the phone was something negative about the house...she told us that new laws came in about the house which meant that there would be restrictions about what could be built. But we were still interested. During the viewing, she also told the house owner, he seemed to have no idea about these new laws. However, Esther said that she didn't really understand them so we told her that we'd pay for a lawyer to look into it so we could understand more. A few days later suddenly the house is sold and Esther never told us. A big shame for us because we were paying for a lawyer we didn't need, Esther didn't care about that one little bit. We also didn't get a chance to even make an offer because we had no idea there was another interested party and trusted Esther to stay in communication. Shame for the seller because he may have gotten more for his house had she allowed us to outbid the other interested party. We only took longer in the first place because of something Esther told us... We feel like this company is unprofessional and scamming people. **UPDATE** Esther messaged me on whatsapp today to demand I change this review. She also threatened me with legal action if I didn't change this review of our experience. She said that there had been a buyer who had seen the house two weeks before and were already doing the checks - when I said I didn't realise it was on a first see first to buy basis, she said yes, that's how it works around here. Again, if the house wasn't available why let us waste our time viewing it? We told Esther we were interested the same day and told her we will hire someone to figure out the legal rules that day and she let us go ahead. She didn't even tell us it was sold, we found out ourselves. This is what I find unprofessional and scamming. And then writing to threaten legal action over an honest review of our experience is just scary behaviour. See picture attached.

They managed all the paperwork, visits, deposits, notary, payment of the capital gains tax, and the change of ownership for electricity and water very well since I live in Madrid and they handled the entire sale of my house in Valencia, and I only had to go to the notary to sign. Negative experience: After being a customer for years, I had a problem with a landlord. The real estate agency agreed with me, but I have not been able to get the full deposit back. They have tried to resolve it without success and kept delegating to me, which made the situation worse. Considering that my purpose of renting through an agency is to avoid problems, my experience has not been that good. I understand that they have tried to mediate (without success), but they are keeping that landlord as a client, so surely another tenant will have issues in the future. In summary, I am sad about it, but I do not recommend it, as renting through this agency does not save you from problematic landlords.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria no ha sido nada buena. A mitad del mes de febrero, viernes por la mañana, entré para preguntar si podían gestionar la venta de una casa de mi propiedad ubicada en el Cabanyal. Me atendió Francisca Mayor y por supuesto que estaba interesada, pues ya había vendido recientemente una casa en esa calle. Francisca me indicó que me llamarían para ir a ver la vivienda y dar una valoración, algo lógico. No obstante, le informé un poco por encima de donde se encontraba la vivienda y de su situación. Después de la pequeña explicación, me pide los datos y me indica que el próximo lunes se pondrían en contacto conmigo por WhatsaaP para ir a ver la vivienda. Ha pasado más de un mes y todavía no he recibido ningún tipo de contacto de parte de nadie de esta inmobiliaria, ni espero recibirlo ya. La vivienda ya ha sido gestionada y vendida por otra inmobiliaria, mucho más seria, de la zona. Seguramente, Francisca y su equipo dirá que no me tienen en la base de datos y no saben quien soy, pero ella y yo sabemos la conversación que tuvimos y lo patente del desinterés que ha tenido con mi caso. Tengo otra vivienda que está en una zona mucho mejor que la que se ha vendido, pero ya sé con quién no tengo que contar.
