Negative experience: Experiencia nefasta, la persona con la que trate para ver un piso en paseo colon, le conte el problema que tenia y se permitio el lujo con acctitud para mi entender bastante chulesca de presionar para comprar el piso y se da el lujo de seudo asesorme de lo que debo hacer con el problema que tengo de separacion, presion para darle una señal de compra en este caso 10.000€,aconsejarme que se venda el otro piso e irme con 2 menores a casa de la madre etc... POCA VERGUENZA TIENE ESTA SEÑORA ESPERO TE QUEDE CLARA MI RESPUESTA A LA TUYA HAY TIENES MI ARGUMENTO, NO POR TRATAR DE VENDER UN PISO TIENES QUE DARTE EL LUJO DE DAR CONSEJOS DE ESE CALIBRE TAN DENEZNABLES SEÑORA PILAR, DE VERGUENZA, POR OTRO LADO LLEGADO EL CASO JAMAS CONTARE CON AGENCIA CEMAR, en otras agencias fui tratado mejor
Lamento su mal estar al haberse puesto ud en contacto con nuestra agencia y por su mala experiencia.
Yo soy la persona que atendió la visita que expone. Su argumento no tiene nada que ver con la visita que realizamos in situ en Pº Colón, y a "Dios Gracias", que estaban en la visita otras personas presentes, que no dan crédito a lo que usted está argumentando, tanto el propietario como la inquilina.
En todos los años que llevo cara al público, jamás, me he metido en los problemas que pueda tener nadie, y menos dar consejos que no me atañen.
Los valores de CEMAR o los mío propios a título personal, no tiene nada que ver con lo que ha escrito y me avalan los años que estamos en el mercado Inmobiliario (que no son pocos).
No voy a entrar en matizar nada de lo que cada uno le incumbe.
