Negative experience: Same as always.... nothing at all. And yes... I spoke with you and you mentioned that it wasn't worth it for you to handle the sale of the house in its current state, and that it would cost me about 4000 euros and you would have to go back and forth to show the house... consequently, to make 4000 euros and not get a little more it wasn’t worth it for anyone. So... as I said. If it had been easy to sell the house, I would have sold it myself and wouldn’t have left it in the hands of supposed professionals. Goodbye.

Negative experience: Cara duras. No contrate is los servicios con esta agencia ni busquéis pisos a través de ellos. Os sacaran el dinero. Notificamos el día dos de junio que dejábamos el piso el día 2 de julio, y por no avisar el día uno cobran el mes entero. La ley no dice que tengas que avisar el día uno,simplemente que sea con 30 días de antelación. Hay que ser cara duras. Para. Cobrar el mes de julio entero,ni siquiera aceptaron cobrar los dos días. Muy mal. Haya la conciencia de cada uno
Ana Belén, lo siento pero con nosotros no has contratado ningún servicio. No entiendo tu crítica. En los alquileres, nuestra inmobiliaria SOLO trabaja para el propietario buscando un inquilino y formalizando el contrato. NO nos dedicamos a la gestión del alquiler hasta su vencimiento. Desde el momento de la firma, es el propietario quien cobra y gestiona cualquier asunto relacionado con el contrato hasta el final. Los avisos de finalización, como realizar la entrega, devoluciones de fianzas, etc., no solo viene en la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos sino que se detalla en el contrato que se firma. Nosotros podemos informar a quienes nos pregunte cualquier cuestión pero sobre todo a quien contrata nuestros servicios y paga por ello. Sobre todo no insultamos. Esperamos que tu conciencia te fuerce a quitar la reseña negativa y pedir disculpas por el mismo canal

Negative experience: El fue un poco borde desde la primera pregunta , parecía que desde que me vio quería despacharme. Conseguí que me atendiera, y justo tenía lo que buscaba o eso dijo. Dijo que ese momento no disponía de las fotos pero que me llamaría. Aún sigo esperando.... Yo he estado allí sentado en dirección a la puerta entrada y he contado mi experiencia real y como ha sido la única mala experiencia en mis visitas a inmobiliarias.
