Negative experience: Unable to manage something as simple as changing the payment method for the community fees quickly and effectively. I had to go there up to four times, bothering my father, an elderly man who was the previous account holder. Furthermore, the young lady at the office was unable to acknowledge her mistake and apologize, going off on tangents and blaming me or my bank for not knowing technical issues that I shouldn't have to know, which are irrelevant for a payment method change.

Negative experience: No han sido muy positivas, ya que he llamado repetidas veces para poder realizar una visita a un inmueble de la provincia de Soria y me ha sido imposible contactar con ellos. Y ahora ese inmueble ya ha se ha vendido.
