Negative experience: Sonia is a shameless person, that's for sure. She showed me an apartment twice, and while I was waiting for my mortgage to be approved, she sold it to someone else. So far, so good. What she didn't expect is that since Soria is a small city, we all know each other and found out who sold it... turns out she sold it to a guy for 500 euros less than what the owners were asking for (we still don't understand why, although we can imagine) when I offered the amount in the ad, and when she called me to say it had been reserved, I offered her 3000 euros more. She deceived her clients, the owners of the apartment, and me. We went to talk to her at the real estate agency along with the owners, and it was embarrassing... a thousand and one absurd lies that we could dismantle... Among other things, she told me that the 500-euro reduction was due to some defects in the apartment, and of course, in front of the owners, she couldn't maintain her lie... the owners of the apartment were very disappointed with her management, and I was astonished... thankfully, I later found the apartment of my dreams thanks to another, much more professional real estate agency! You just have to look at her rating on Google to imagine what kind of 'professional' Sonia is.

Negative experience: My experience with Sonia was terrible. I went to inquire about some new construction apartments they have and she couldn't explain anything about them. In fact, she referred me to the internet to find out about the materials and heating of the property. My visit with her was more than unpleasant and useless. However, I also want to note that Sofía (another employee of the company) was the complete opposite; she showed me two apartments with all the detail and attention expected of her profession. What a difference. Anyway. I have already read several negative reviews of this agency and I am clear that they refer to the first employee. 12/02/24: I am going to expand the review to add that, when I returned to ask about an ad for an apartment (I emphasize that my review about this real estate agency contained a very positive part about one of the employees), the owner (Sonia, whom I did not know was the owner of the business) asked me about my previous review and started YELLING at me and INSULTING me, showing herself to be very rude and out of control. Using her right of admission, she threw me out, telling me 'that I should get it checked' (me, who had let her 'speak', without shouting or insulting). This is how they treat clients who reflect the reality of this real estate agency. More than a review, it deserves a complaint. How unprofessional. If she treats you like this before selling you something, how will she treat you once she has sold it to you. I hope this review helps clients and the company to improve; that was the only intention from the beginning.

Negative experience: The manager, Sonia, is the least professional person there is. A caricature of a real estate agent. She tries to include abusive clauses in her contracts, speaks with arrogance and in a rude, intimidating manner... she thinks she sells yachts in Miami Beach or something... She should dedicate herself to something else or review her bad practices because some are bordering on the denunciable. I do not recommend going to this real estate agency. I agree with other reviews that her employee, whom I pity, is very pleasant and professional. A shame.

Negative experience: El viernes mande un mensaje desde Idealista para ver una propiedad, ayer lunes llame 3 veces, dos de ellas comunicaban y una no me contestaron. No se han dignado a devolverme la llamada. Para los propietarios que dejan sus pisos a esta inmobiliaria... no se como los van a vender si no hay manera de contactar con ellos

Negative experience: Fui a la oficina y programe cita para ver el piso justo el siguiente día, llegue a la hora acordada y luego de esperar un rato llame solo para que me dijeran que no tienen ninguna cita conmigo, que probablemente hable con alguien mas y que ese piso ya esta alquilado :) en fin.. pésimo servicio, mejor tratar directamente con particulares.

Negative experience: Me parecen unas impresentables quede con una de ellas para ver un piso y no apareció la llame varias veces y me colgo el teléfono espere un rato en la calle en la puerta de la oficina y no apareció creo que son unas clasistas por el hecho de tu profesión de trabajo o tu situación personal creen que no puedes afrontar los gastos de un piso y se equivocan si buscan un piso es porque puedes pagarlo si no lo lo harías. Negative experience: Unos impresentables!! Llevamos intentando quedar para ver un piso, nos cambian dia y fecha varias veces y justo antes de salir de casa para ir a verlo a la hora citada nos llaman que ya tienen una oferta sin esperarnos...

Negative experience: Esta es mi opinión despues de haber quedado con ellos en concertar una visita para un piso. Te cambian la cita en varias ocasiones llamándote 20 veces a lo largo de la semana, para que te cancelen la visita 30 min antes de que la tuvieras programada porque ya tienen una oferta. Todo ello sin pensar en que quizás ni si quiera q actualmente vives en el municipio del piso, y ya te has tenido que desplazar. Señores de HogarES, sean legales y si ya han concertado varias visitas para un piso, den la oportunidad de verlo a los interesados con los que por lo menos ya han quedado. Igual como ustedes me han comentado en la llamada que era porq tenían una contraoferta, yo les había hecho una oferta mejor que el comprador actual, y ni si quiera me han dado la oportunidad de verlo. Me parece un trato bastante malo por su parte, siendo un trabajo de cara al público.
