Negative experience: It seems like they tried to scam me, offering me a place as a home, telling me that I could live there without problems, but after investigating, it is illegal. Then I asked them if there was any need for renovations, and they told me they didn't know; if they don't know, who does? After calling, it turns out that the problem has no solution, meaning that neither renovations nor anything can be done to make that place livable. More than a week wasted following up with them, only for it to seem like they were trying to scam me.
