From our office, you were encouraged to visit the property to get to know it and then discuss the operation. I would like to make several considerations: - When receiving a phone offer from someone we do not know yet, we do not know if it is being made by a serious person like you, or if it is a child making a joke. - To make an offer, it is logical to have a real interest in what is being sold, and that real interest can only come from knowing the object of the sale. Making an offer for something unknown is a risk that we protect our clients from. - Offers to our selling clients in our office are presented in writing, creating a commitment in the offer itself. This is not possible to do over the phone, especially not in the first call. - We could make other technical and legal considerations, but I believe these are sufficient for you to understand the convenience of doing things in a logical order to achieve the desired results. I am a Real Estate Personal Shopper and they wanted to sell my Buyer client a house with dampness, a 60-year-old electrical installation on the first floor, and they wanted him to pay the Notary all by himself. It's no surprise some real estate agencies like yours have a bad reputation. I hope you improve the treatment of buyers. Not everything is acceptable just to sell.

2 years ago Negative experience: Very bad, I was left wanting a house and because of the person in charge who was not very decent and came with lies, the purchase operation could not be carried out. Bad treatment from the buyer, very hasty when viewing a house and above all, and most importantly, they take advantage of people's hopes. To be honest, I do not recommend anyone to buy a house involving these people; they will always act in their own interest just to make a sale.
We feel your discomfort. What you describe has been solely and exclusively your will and choice without our advice. When a client has a business relationship of more than a decade, during which they have visited us and sought our advice (always free) and/or intervention on various occasions, it should not be because they have been mistreated. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: He tenido una muy buena experencia con la Agencia Inmobiliaria Gallo. Me atendió Antonio y ha trabajado con mucha profesionalidad. He estado en muchas inmobiliarias para comprar vivienda y esta es la única que ha sabido darme el valor de referencia para saber el importe exacto del impuesto de transmisiones patrimoniales. Han cumplido todos los plazos y me han dado la máxima celeridad para resolver los problemas que surgían. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: La mejor inmobiliaria de Rochelambert. Llevan toda la vida en el barrio y lo conocen mucho mejor que las otras franquicias que hay en el barrio que solo vienen aquí a trabajar y no saben ni donde están los pisos que venden.

4 years ago Negative experience: Despues de 4 meses que me enseñaron un piso, todavía sigo esperando a que me llamen para enseñarme el que me dijeron, si no eres del agrado de la dueña no te vuelve a llamar.
Sentimos no haberle podido ofrecer otra vivienda que fuera de su agrado. Preferimos no pasear a la gente para enseñarles cosas que no les interesan e intentamos ajustarnos a las demandas de los clientes. Si no disponemos del producto que el cliente quiere no le intentamos vender algo que no es lo que necesita.Igualmente gracias por tu valoración

No recomiendo esta agencia para nada, no atiende las llamadas que hacemos, cuando nos la coge no nos resuelven ninguna duda ni nos quieren poner citas por nuestro horario de trabajo comercial, ni los fines de semana. Hasta ellos mismos nos dicen que miremos en otras agencias.. INCREÍBLE. Pocas ganas de trabajar es lo que tenéis.

Para mi esta agencia es la única que merece la pena que te atiendan y compartir viviendas en ella.. Yo compre un piso y un comercio y no me han defraudado nunca... Al contrario siempre legal y respondiendo en todo.. ÚNICOS EN EL. MUNDO..

6 years ago Negative experience: Tienes que recogerlos y llevarlos al inmueble, si no, anulan la cita....al menos mi experiencia en un par de visitas. Por lo demás no sé, no he continuado trabajando con ellos.
