I am a Real Estate Personal Shopper and they wanted to sell my Buyer client a house with dampness, a 60-year-old electrical installation on the first floor, and they wanted him to pay the Notary all by himself. It's no surprise some real estate agencies like yours have a bad reputation. I hope you improve the treatment of buyers. Not everything is acceptable just to sell.

Negative experience: Very bad, I was left wanting a house and because of the person in charge who was not very decent and came with lies, the purchase operation could not be carried out. Bad treatment from the buyer, very hasty when viewing a house and above all, and most importantly, they take advantage of people's hopes. To be honest, I do not recommend anyone to buy a house involving these people; they will always act in their own interest just to make a sale.

Negative experience: Despues de 4 meses que me enseñaron un piso, todavía sigo esperando a que me llamen para enseñarme el que me dijeron, si no eres del agrado de la dueña no te vuelve a llamar.
Sentimos no haberle podido ofrecer otra vivienda que fuera de su agrado. Preferimos no pasear a la gente para enseñarles cosas que no les interesan e intentamos ajustarnos a las demandas de los clientes. Si no disponemos del producto que el cliente quiere no le intentamos vender algo que no es lo que necesita.Igualmente gracias por tu valoración

No recomiendo esta agencia para nada, no atiende las llamadas que hacemos, cuando nos la coge no nos resuelven ninguna duda ni nos quieren poner citas por nuestro horario de trabajo comercial, ni los fines de semana. Hasta ellos mismos nos dicen que miremos en otras agencias.. INCREÍBLE. Pocas ganas de trabajar es lo que tenéis.
