Negative experience: I am writing this review regarding the bad experience my cousins had with them. They had been excited for some time about a house they had been offered that was 'available.' On the first opportunity, they were told that it had already been sold to other people, after searching for the necessary options they require for a house and the process involved. After a while, they offered it again because they couldn't sell it in the end. Since then, it has all been a constant hassle, with nothing clear arranged and leaving my family members disappointed. Given the poor management and organization of this real estate agency, I neither recommend it nor would I try to close a deal with them.

Negative experience: DO NOT SELL OR BUY WITH THEM! They only know how to lie in such a way that they deceive you, they played with my feelings and dreams and those of my partner. They knew we were very interested in the property and they tricked me the first time... and then we trusted them again and they lied to us again... I had to go with a lawyer because I couldn't fully trust them... and indeed, I wasn't mistaken... I don't think this is very normal, since if you buy and sell with a real estate agency, they 'should' help you and not make everything so difficult for both the seller and the buyer... They take a good amount of money from both parties for 'mediating and helping', and in the end, they are just playing with a property that doesn't belong to them... And I don't write everything that has happened to us here because I would never finish... INCREDIBLE THE AMOUNT OF LIES... I advise people in the area not to sell/buy with them. Several acquaintances had warned me and still I trusted them, but they were absolutely right... On top of that, I meet them on the street and they disrespect me with mockery... shameful, so unprofessional...

Negative experience: I went during the hours that are supposed to be open and found it closed.

Negative experience: Make sure when you go to see an apartment, especially IF YOU ARE FROM ANOTHER CITY. You have to look out for yourself, but you should also think about others, as a phone call doesn’t cost money, but making 282 km for nothing does. No shame!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: A terrible treatment in every sense, they appear very well put together and articulate but then they try to pull a fast one on you. I only went once and honestly left knowing I had been tricked because I looked around and things didn’t add up. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not for anything in the world. If you have another option, even if it's a bit further away, I advise you to go to the other one; in the end, you'll be glad you didn't come to this place.
