Negative experience: No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria bajo ningún concepto. Muy mala experiencia. Tardan muchísimo en gestionar averías, se desentienden de los problemas y no facilitan el contacto del propietario. Dan información contradictoria y cobran por todo sin ofrecer un buen servicio. Nada recomendables.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable, la dueña es una mujer maleducada, nada profesional, no respeta la privacidad, trato nada profesional, no coge el teléfono, y lo peor la actitud, trata con aires de superioridad. A evitar!

Fantastic experience: Son maravillosas. Este año hemos tenido que vender varias casas incluso en Donosti y siempre hemos contado con ellas. Muy eficaces y humanas. Nos han ayudado siempre con cualquier duda que hemos tenido tanto sobre los valores de las viviendas como con el papeleo que conlleva vender una casa. En un futuro volvere a contar con ellas 100%. Muy agradecidas tanto yo como mi familia.

Located on the central Santiago street and excellently run by Ana, who manages this company also with family assistance. She is diligent in finding the solutions that best fit the client's requests for both the purchase and sale or rental of properties in the Bidasoa area.

Negative experience: Trato por parte de la dueña muy altivo, con desprecio cuando deja de tener negocio si una o ambas partes deciden no continuar con sus servicios. Deja el trabajo sin terminar y debes buscarte como solucionar la finalización de tu alquiler. Se nota demasiado que busca rentabilidad y no servicio. Nada recomendable. Lengua viperina, aporta datos de la vida personal de la otra parte con el afán de quitarse culpa de la mala gestión. Le gusta desaparecer alegando viajes para no responder llamadas ni correos electrónicos. No pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede.

Negative experience: No son nada profesionales. No muestran ningún interés por vender ni alquilar. No volveremos a esa agencia ni la recomendamos. Si alguien duda a que agencia ir, que no pierda en tiempo en esta.
