Negative experience: To rate a bad experience, you have to give stars, and we are still upset about it; what irony. We waited a month to see a property that at the time we couldn't see because the owner couldn't buy hers. We postponed because that is what the real estate agency advised us, and we agreed that they would respect the order in which we would be the first 'repeated times' when they would unlock the property again. The alarm goes off that it is available again; we call them, and they recognize me by name. We are registered, and yes, of course, you are the first!!! Such comforting words... We scheduled an appointment and arrived at the time they indicated because that's when the owner arrives... with all the excitement waiting, and we find out that neither the order nor the word was respected, nor the formality. They scheduled with another buyer beforehand and should have taken that into account for proper organization in the agenda, and our excitement was dashed in an instant... They can't provide us with explanations....

Negative experience: Tengo un piso en venta anunciado en un portal inmobiliario gratuito y Mercedes contactó conmigo por teléfono a pesar de que tengo indicado que la venta será sin inmobiliarias. Por teléfono; lo primero que le pregunté es si era particular o inmobiliaria y me indicó que particular. Quedamos hoy a las 11:30 de la mañana y al volverle a preguntar me dijo que ella trabajaba para un hombre que buscaba piso para comprárselo a su hijo. La vivienda la vio en 2 minutos; muy por encima y al terminar me da su tarjeta de agente inmobiliaria de agorasevilla.com con esta dirección y al quejarme de que me ha mentido y es inmobiliaria me replica diciendo que no, que es "personal shopper" e intenta convencerme de que lo haga con ellos diciéndome que perderé mucho tiempo con la gente que venga a verlo porque no suelen tener la financiación; y que ellos los filtran.. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA INMOBILIARIA POR EL SIMPLE HEHO DE QUE NO ME PARECE UN MODUS OPERANDI HONESTO. ¿CÓMO CONFIAR LA NEGOCIACIÓN Y EL DINERO QUE SE DA DE RESERVA DE UN PISO A UNA INMOBILIARIA QUE EMPIEZA MINTIENDO DESDE EL PRINCIPIO?
