Somos la inmobiliaria más antigua del barrio ya que llevamos más de 20 años dedicados con entusiasmo, transparencia y profesionalidad a cubrir las necesidades inmobiliarias del Cerro del Águila.
Cuando comenzamos a trabajar en este proyecto no nos imaginábamos la excelente acogida que tendríamos por parte de los vecinos del barrio, integrándonos de tal modo que hoy en día podemos considerarnos con orgullo un vecino más.

Another responsible and professional person. It was challenging to move the sale forward because of the tenants, but the professionalism of these gentlemen paid off in the end. Negative experience: We pointed out a house in summer 2023, the sales advisor, Verónica, told us a thousand times that the selling family were a good family, that she knew them perfectly, that she was friends with their daughters, that we should trust them, blah blah blah... After several postponements, as they had issues with the house papers, having legalized 2 floors instead of 3, when the appraiser was going to visit, my bank notified me that the house has an expropriation order from the Sevilla city council since 2007! Alexis, the office manager, called me first saying that he had spoken with the owners of the house and they told him that since it was something old, it didn't seem like an 'important detail' to them. When they realized how serious the facts were, they denied everything, saying that they did NOT personally know that family, only professionally, and that they never said that the owner's daughter was aware of this. When I went to request a complaint form, he first refused, and when I warned him that I would call the police, he gave me the complaint form in a rude manner, banging the chairs as he passed. They try to sell a house that cannot be sold and then react poorly. Little professionalism, lies, bad manners, be careful with these people. The house is on Calle Lisboa, in case they put it up for sale again, I hope no one experiences what they did to us. P.S.: They totally lie in their response, BE CAREFUL with these people, very deceitful and their manager really seems like a little animal, banging chairs as he passes.
We inform you of the non-existence of any civil liability on our part regarding the events that led to the contractual resolution of the sales promise formalized by you as real estate agents acting as intermediaries. First of all, we must refute three statements you make in your writings that are absolutely false. None of our advisors has stated that the property was aware of the existence of an 'expropriation order' on the property and that it was fraudulently concealed. The information our advisors have, once they ask the property about what the appraiser indicated, is that they never received any communication regarding the existence of an expropriation file on their property. We neither doubt the veracity of these statements nor assume they are true; that is, we do not know for sure if they are lying or not, but certainly, what is absolutely false is that any of our advisors indicated that the property knew that an expropriation file was open. On the other hand, we also deny that any of our advisors had a friendship with the selling party beyond the cordial relationship that can arise with clients, especially in this case where we have worked for 8 months. But no relationship outside the professional links any of our advisors with the parties involved. We must also refute that this representation was aware of the existence of an expropriation file, information which was learned through the appraisal carried out by the banking entity that was going to provide financing. Lastly, we do not know if there is an expropriation order (as you call it) or if it is merely the initiation of a file (processing the declaration of the need for occupation), which was initiated in 2007; currently and for a long time, the file must have expired, and therefore without effect. However, this information is a conclusion we draw from the information provided by you, and unless we are informed otherwise, we bring it to your consideration. In any case, we have fulfilled all our duties as real estate advisors. We are not lawyers nor investigators; we carry out a study of the property and its encumbrances with an updated note from the property registry, but neither we nor any real estate agency conducts a study of whether there is an expropriation file on the property, given the exceptional nature of the situation. However, self-criticism should be made since the buying party also has the duty to know the urban situation of the property they wish to purchase. We act in good faith, just like you, and trust the statements of our clients who assure us that the property has no encumbrances or hidden defects, but if the property has a construction defect, not disclosed by the buying party, or if, as is the case, there is an expropriation file, it is not our responsibility, and therefore any claims you wish to make regarding this will have to be addressed, in any case, to the sellers, without prejudice to your right to defend yourselves against your compensation claims, but in no case to us, who have acted, we insist, with total transparency and fulfilling our duties. Lastly, we also deny that when you came to our office for a complaint form you were denied, much less while banging on tables and chairs; we are not animals. We understand your disappointment; we have lost, unfortunately, all parties involved: we lost 8 months of work, the sellers lost a deposit for the sale of another property, and you have not been able to keep the house. We feel very sorry for all parties.

Negative experience: A year ago I rented a property with them, they did no selection for the profile we defined, in the end we decided ourselves with the one we thought was best, and we have so many problems with the tenants. Not once more, their intention was clearly to collect money.

Negative experience: Hay de supervisor un tal Alexis con acento tinerfeño. Te lo ponen todo muy bonito, pero cuidado con lo que firmáis. Que lo vea antes un abogado antes de firmar ningún documento. Tuve una experiencia muy negativa con ellos.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que hay para compra- venta de viviendas, informales, crean inseguridad y profesionalmente hablando no valen ni para abrir la persiana por las mañanas.. No pierdan el tiempo en tratar con esta gentuza, no pongan su vivienda en manos de ellos, busquen unos autenticos agentes inmobiliarios, a estos le dieron un curso de 1 semana para enseñarlos a llenarse los bolsillos engañando a los clientes, jugar con sus ilusiones y faltando el respeto sistematicamente, son unos pegaofertas en las farolas, si no quieres salir estafado, esta no es tu inmobiliaria de cabecera. Alvaro no piensen en ningun momento que voy a enviarte un mail para informarte de lo ocurrido, pregunta a los ovejas borregueras a tu cargo. Cualquier informacion que requieras la recibiras por escrito, en un burofax, adjunta a la demanda pertinente. Espero y deseo os cierren pronto la Agencia. Saludos.
Buenos días, nos gustaría que nos explicaras que ha ocurrido, debido a que no te tenemos en nuestra de datos, aparte de que no especificas cual es el problema, solo estas descalificándonos sin ningún motivo aparente.Actualmente no hay ningún Álvaro trabajando en la oficina nuestra del Cerro Del Águila, por lo que entendemos que se ha confundido de oficina y si no es así nos gustaría que nos especificaras el problema para poder ayudarte y solucionarlo. Negative experience: Cuidado con dejar los datos de contacto aquí cuando se viene a preguntar por una casa en concreto. 4 años después me siguen llamando a cualquier hora y utilizando un tono y lenguaje bastante inapropiado cuando se llama a un extraño. Déjenme en paz, por favor. Vista la respuesta, es todavía peor, porque a la única oficina de Tecnocasa que acudí fue a esta. Una vez, para ver una casa, hace 4 años y medio. ¿Quiere esto decir que comparten sus datos con el resto de oficinas y sabe dios con quién más y me pueden estar llamando ETERNAMENTE? Nunca he autorizado que me llamen para nada. Entiendo que las reseñas negativas son perjudiciales pero, para no sufrirlas, no compartan los datos de los clientes tan alegremente.

Negative experience: El peor sitio para adquirir una vivienda, teníamos apalabrado un piso el cual no habían pasado ni 24h para dar la señal y cuando llegamos dicen que ya ha llegado otro para el piso, tiempo perdido. 24 horas en adquirir un piso y no tienen vergüenza ni escrúpulos ninguno.
Buenos días, entendemos tu malestar, pero, como le comentamos en la oficina, el primero que señalara el piso se lo quedaba. Incluso le recomendamos que lo señalara en ese momento y preferisteis hablarlo y darnos una respuesta al día siguiente, totalmente entendible.Al día siguiente, por la mañana, realizo la señal un cliente que había visto el piso antes que vosotros, por profesionalidad y respeto al propietario debemos de coger dicha señal sabiendo que podía ocurrir lo que esta ocurriendo, una situación muy incomoda para nosotros, pero, no dudamos que hicimos lo correcto.Un saludo

Buenos días Mario, encantado de saludarte, mi nombre es Álvaro, Community de Tecnocasa Estudio Sevilla Sur.Informarte que mi compañero no te puso ninguna excusa, el propietario de la vivienda que ibas a visitar, es una persona mayor, que hace unas semanas se hizo la prueba del Covid-19 (Negativo) y tiene el miedo metido en el cuerpo.Nosotros confirmamos la visita con el propietario por la mañana, como hacemos normalmente, pero por la tarde no tuvimos repuesta de el, no podíamos hacer otra cosa que ofrecerte un asesoramiento gratuito y una vez hecho ofrecerte poder visitar otros inmuebles disponibles.Entendemos tu molestar por llegar y no poder ofrecerte la visita al piso que deseabas, y te pedimos perdón por ello, pero como entenderás, la situación que tenemos actualmente con el Covid-19, hace más difícil las visitas a piso con personas mayores.Esperamos en un futuro hacerte cambiar la opinión que tienes hacía nuestra oficina y darte cuenta que solamente somos personas que intentamos hacer lo mejor posible nuestro trabajo.Un saludo
