Negative experience: Mala Atención, no son nada profesionales, el chico que trabaja ahí no tiene nada de empatía, y no intentan ni ayudar o por lo menos explicar… te dicen que tienen todo ocupado y que es mentira, Son muy especiales. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SITIO NUNCA POR EL TRATO QUE TIENEN CON LAS PERSONAS

Negative experience: ZERO PROFESSIONALS, a horrible experience, zero empathy with people. I rented a property where I had problems with the owners and the real estate agency did absolutely NOTHING, you are supposed to pay them a fee for them to act as intermediaries, and the treatment was terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I want to share my experience, they are not empathetic at all with customers. We arranged to see an apartment in Hondarribia, and they didn't show up, waiting for 30 minutes. The next day we went to the real estate agency to ask, and the response was that they had a full schedule that day. Negative experience: Lamentable contestacion para no alquilar piso: dueña se ha quedado viuda recientemente. Sigue felizmente casada segun facebook y el piso sigue estando en alquiler
