Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less, the girls are lovely and very kind, but the one showing the apartments, a certain Fernando, is unacceptable. They made me wait 15 days while already charging me the deposit, only to later tell me that they won’t grant me the apartment. That’s 15 days lost looking for another place and not paying somewhere else. Yes, they did return my money, of course, but who will repair the damage caused by those 15 days? Don't do anything with them, especially not with that unacceptable person.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency for tenants. When we viewed the apartment, they promised to fix several issues like peeling paint on the wall, black mold and dirt on the shower screen, a broken showerhead, an oxidized and moldy washing machine, broken furniture, etc. But once you sign the contract, they forget their promises and you're on your own. On top of that, the bedroom had bedbugs, the mattresses were yellow (during the visit they had sheets on), black mold on the walls behind the cabinets, and when we cleaned the kitchen tiles, we saw the real color of them... and much more. During the visit, the agent told us the apartment was very well-maintained and clean, and that there would be no problem with anything we needed. However, for all the months we were there, we had to wash our clothes at a laundromat because the landlord did not want to replace or fix the washing machine, despite showing them photos of the unsanitary condition it was in, which still had dirt that was impossible to remove even after we cleaned it. To top it all off, they charged us the two months of mandatory compliance that we had left upon leaving, did not return our deposit, and we left the apartment much cleaner than we found it.

Negative experience: My brief experience with this real estate agency has been quite disappointing, and unfortunately, I am writing this review when I usually do not issue negative evaluations. More than a month and a half ago, I offered my apartment for rent in the hope that the agency would carry out effective management. However, to this day, my property has not been advertised, and there has been no progress, not even contact with me. I expected to receive professional and committed service, but unfortunately, that has been noticeably absent. By sharing my experience, I hope that other potential clients can make more informed decisions. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this situation of misinformation and, in a way, economic loss.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment a month and a half ago with this real estate agency through their agent Lourdes, and the transparency is nonexistent... The day I signed the deeds, an hour later I found a paper stating that there is a meeting the next day to discuss existing costs... When I asked her about it many times... knowing firsthand that she was aware and chose to hide it from me... Even so, I called her to ask for explanations and she continued to lie to me... it's impossible to trust an agent of this kind.

Negative experience: After making a reservation for a rental apartment, the real estate agency informed us 12 days later, after only receiving evasive responses, that the owner is not renting the apartment. When discussing this with the manager, she indicated that they were already aware of this situation and we were not informed at any time. Lack of communication and formality.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TOTAL LACK OF SERIOUSNESS. From FERNANDO (one of the real estate agents), who did not show up for a previously agreed appointment without prior notice, in another previous case to see another apartment, changing the appointment 1 hour before, DOES NOT answer the phone, and if he does, it's only because of the client's insistence, he responds with evasions and lies. 11 days to get a response... If they are providing a service, the least they can do is offer a response, whether positive or negative. Shameful service.

I went to visit a house last Friday at 4:30 PM, two hours later I called to say I was going to make an offer of 96% of its value. After a couple of calls at 8:30 PM, I concluded that we would sign the offer on Saturday first thing in the morning at 10:00 AM (when they open) to be the first to make an offer, emphasizing this to the seller. 30 minutes later, the real estate agency called me and told me that at 11:30 AM they have a visit for an apartment, which is strange considering we are closing on a house worth €299,000 to change a signature for a visit. Saturday morning at 11:10 AM, they called to tell me they sold it, 20 minutes before I was supposed to sign it after they themselves changed the time hours earlier... There are ways to do business, and this real estate agency's approach is far from transparent.

Positive experience: My opinion as a buyer is that this real estate agency crossed our path by chance. We contacted several, but in this one, we found someone who understood us, who informed and advised us as if we were friends, Marta.F. We really liked her approachability and honesty. Fantastic experience: He vendido mi piso con Sonsoles grupo inmobiliario antes de lo que esperábamos, fuimos a varias inmobiliarias y al final decidimos trabajar con ellos, sin duda hemos acertado, nos hemos sentido a gusto, informados y asesorados en cada paso, aunque Sonsoles ha sido quien ha llevado la gestión, el equipo de trabajo en general nos ha transmitido confianza, agradezco mucho vuestra gestión y os deseo mucho éxito.

Negative experience: Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Contactamos con Fernando para poder ver un piso en el que estábamos muy interesadas y tuvimos que esperar dos semanas, que por motivos personales de la persona encargada de enseñarlo no pudimos verlo. Acordamos con Fernando que el primer día de su vuelta, nos lo enseñase pues llevábamos semanas interesadas y queríamos alquilarlo cuanto antes. Dos días antes del día que nos lo iba a enseñar, nos pasamos por la inmobiliaria para fijar la hora y confirmar que iba a ser posible, y nos comentaron que el piso ya había sido alquilado por un conocido del propietario de la inmobiliaria (le habían enseñado el inmueble saltándose la lista de visitas y en el periodo en el que la persona encargada del mismo no estaba disponible). Finalmente no nos ofrecieron una solución además de hacernos perder el tiempo. Me parece vergonzoso por parte de la inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: No pongo menos porque no me deja. Estaba interesada en comprar un piso y me engañaron. Primero me dijeron que era 60€ anuales de comunidad, le insisti varias veces porque me parecia bajo, hasta que me dijo que eran al mes. Me mandaron darles 2.000€ para hacer oficial mi oferta. Antes de eso le pregunte que si había derramas a la vista o algo aprobado, me dijo que no. Le pedi el acta de la ultima junta y todavía le estoy esperando. Le conseguí por mi parte y en el constaban futuras derramas, una de 6.000 de unas fugas IMPORTANTES en la comunidad, aprobada por un 40 y pico % siendo asi mayoría. Todo consta en el acta. Me pongo en contacto con ella porque firmaba arras en unos días, y aun con el acta delante sigue diciéndome que eso no es una derrama. La insisto en devolverme los 2.000 y muy a desgana lo hace porque sabe QUE ME ESTABA ENGAÑANDO pudiéndome ocasionar un perjuicio económico alto. En un principio me dió confianza, pero al final demostró un intento de engañó e intento hacerme tonta, la chica se llama Marta. Me quito la ilusión de mi primera casa, y jodió una venta a los propietarios, de haber sabido todo esto la oferta hubiera bajado por las derramas, pero estaria ya firmadas las arras.

Negative experience: Quedé con una de las agentes para ver un piso que tenía en venta. A los dias me avisó para cambiar la hora porque se confundió. Hasta ahí todo normal. Lo que los deja como unos claros informales es el hecho de que, después de decirles que me desplazaba expresamente desde Sevilla para ver el piso se me avisa, 20 minutos antes de la cita, encontrandome yo ya por la zona, de que el piso está vendido y la unica explicación que se me ofrece es que "esto funciona asi y la acababan de avisar". Unos informales y unos impresentables

Negative experience: 4 meses, en pleno boom para vender el piso y ahora me piden que le baje el precio porque ahora está alto, pero ellos no bajan la Comisión, ni una oferta en 4 meses y nosotros, por libre, 3 en firme... Me dice que es asesora Inmobiliaria, no comercial, pero los que pagamos su Comisión, somos los vendedores y creo que eso no tienen en cuenta. En fin, una perdida de tiempo, muy mala elección por nuestra parte...

Nos explicó todo el proceso de compra, que nunca nos habían explicado. Lo mejor de la casa, fue que la enseñara ella. La casa finalmente no nos encajó, pero está en continuo contacto con mi pareja y conmigo. Muy buena experiencia.

Fantastic experience: Pues yo quiero resaltar la amabilidad, la profesionalidad con la que me han atendido. Estaba muy indecisa por alquilar una vivienda y todo han sido facilidades, la chica de la entrada (creo que era Andrea) me explico todo fenomenal y me puso rápidamente en contacto con las comerciales, en 15 días tenía ya todo resuelto.
