1 year ago Negative experience: Very bad experience with this Real Estate Agency. After signing an exclusivity contract, they hardly had any viewings, and after one viewing that took place after almost three months, they sent an offer from the supposed buyer which I accepted. I signed a deposit contract, they collected their commission, but the sale contract was not executed for reasons I honestly don't understand, and without a doubt due to poor management by the agency. No communication at all and I do not recommend them at all. They collected the commission from a sale they did not execute. WARNING. BE VERY CAREFUL.
Good morning, Sonia. We regret the evaluation given. Indeed, there are times when the purchase and sale do not reach their completion due to reasons beyond the real estate agency, in this case, the buyer of your property decided to rescind the purchase agreement before signing the deeds. Like all contracts, when they are broken, there are compensations that are contemplated, included, and signed to assume the damages caused. In your case, the buyer, after signing the earnest money contract, did not want to elevate the purchase to a public deed, and therefore lost 100% of the amount given to compensate you for that breach and to assume any damages you might have. In this case, and since our work was completed, you had to pay for our services, as was included in the engagement letter you signed on that day. At no time did we do anything that wasn't signed. We regret that this wasn't understood on your part. But when there is a breach of contract, the compensations are contemplated to compensate for damages (in this case, with that compensation, you could cover that damage and keep the rest). We regret that you did not understand it. Best regards.

1 year ago Negative experience: Bad experience in the sale of an apartment. Once we accepted the offer, the processes were very slow and there was very little communication from the real estate agency. When we signed the reservation contract, they withheld the full amount until the sale of the property (a little over two months) instead of withholding the amount of their invoice. Once sold, they told us that they were withholding an amount until the mortgage cancellation registration, but it turns out that they were not the ones who made that retention, but rather the buyers did. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Laura, we regret that almost two years after you showed interest in a property that we marketed in December 2021, you once again repeat this assessment. When we put a property up for sale that generates a lot of demand among buyers, it is logical that someone will always be late in deciding to make the purchase. And that is exactly what happened to you. In this company, we have a reservation policy that is as follows: all properties we market are reserved exclusively for the first person who leaves us a deposit. We make no exceptions, and we give you an explanation: because unfortunately, we have found that clients sometimes change their minds. Therefore, this is the rule we apply. From the management of Inmobiliaria Barrio, we regret the discomfort that knowing another person decided more quickly than you and left the property reserved with a deposit may have caused you. 3 years ago Negative experience: EN ABSOLUTO RECOMENDABLE No se cumple ningún tipo de procedimiento pautado durante el proceso de compra, llegando al punto de incumplir lo pactado durante las visitas, jugando así con los sentimientos de las personas en un momento tan importante como es la adquisición de una vivienda.

En mi caso la agente fue Teresa y el trato es familiar!!! En cuanto a eficiencia en la venta un diez. La venta fue muy, muy rápida. Repito con ellos sin duda.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Llevo 4 años utilizando sus servicios y hasta el momento solo puedo decir buenas cosas de ellos. Una inmobiliaria moderna, con profesionales cualificados que intentan resolverte todas las dudas y problemas que puedan surgir. Una especial mención por su buen hacer de Silvia y Mai. Se implican intentado buscar siempre la mejor solución tanto para inquilinos como dueños de piso. La recomiendo sin dudarlo.
