Despite the terse response, I opened the door quite reluctantly, as the information didn't seem convincing to me. Indeed, when I arrived at the entrance, I found a green Tecnocasa executive snooping in the mailboxes. He had placed the following letter in the mailbox, except for the one from the apartment he had called about on the intercom, which he decided to put on the notice board at the entrance, which I have attached. Several points about this, for anyone considering working with this real estate agency, or simply trying to access the entrance. 1- They try to gather as much information as possible about the neighborhood, mainly speaking with the elderly, as they are the most vulnerable or easily manipulated for them. They snoop in the mailboxes. 2- With access to the entrance, they not only manage to insert their advertising, but they also snoop through the mailboxes, aiming to obtain as much information as possible about the neighbors, whether by seeing the names and surnames on the mailbox or directly stealing the correspondence if they have the chance. 3- They lie from the start, as I have already begun the review, saying it is a letter. If they are already lying to sneak in, imagine when it comes to making a purchase/sale. 4- Speaking of purchase/sale, all franchises have the same commissions, and they are pioneers in wanting to introduce the buyer's commission IN ADDITION to what the seller has. In the case of the buyer, it is 3%. Money that they will probably want in cash, thus telling you that you save on VAT, and it's better for them when declaring it. Then, in their target meetings, they invite their suited youngsters to some pizzas from Domino's, and everyone is happy. I highly recommend that this real estate virus, unfortunately introduced recently in our city, does not spread further. It is obvious that they have been attracted by the appeal of the city of Santander, the Benidorm of the north. Let's not allow this real estate disease to take root and let's not let it expand before it is too late. PS: Most of the reviews are from friendly colleagues of those working in the franchise.

Negative experience: You go to see an apartment with all the excitement and they tell you that you have to add a 3% commission to the price. It's the first time I feel scammed and I don't like being laughed at. I don't choose them to help me find an apartment, but I go because I am the one who has it. It seems very serious to me to want to charge 3% to the buyer and another amount to the seller.

Negative experience: They are unprofessional and unreliable. They sell to whoever suits them. In my case, after having agreed on an apartment with them, they later told me that it was sold. Not to mention what they advertise; you call and they also have it sold. A bunch of liars... I think that's the policy of that company... to lie and leave a bad impression. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of SHAMELESS people. They come to the house to leave advertising, find out that we are renting, check the mailbox, and call the owner of the house looking for the phone number in the phone book to meet with him (I assume to offer to sell the house) and on top of that, they wrongly imply that we gave them the phone number... Professionals from head to toe at the age of 18, who are being taught to do this kind of thing, what a shame.

Negative experience: They harass the whole neighborhood at their own doorstep, calling them on the phone, stealing the mail to get your data and your phone number, and as if that weren't enough, they try to befriend older women to sell the house when they pass away. Complete heartless individuals. On top of that, they try to sell your house that you have paid for your whole life for a pittance and they attempt to charge a 6% commission and a 3% to the buyer. They are punks but BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience, they try to do anything to steal personal data. I hope this is the last time. Otherwise, I will take care of it personally. Be careful with a guy named ALBERTO, don't let him serve you.
