Positive experience: Both good and bad things; if I had to summarize it in one word, it would be: improvable. We rented the Salamanca accommodation on Cruz Street 2. While it's true that the reservation follow-up was a bit vague, on the check-in day they allowed us to leave the car earlier and enter a little before due to the heat. Super well located, almost in the center of Salamanca, and incredible quality-price ratio; it’s surprising how cheap it was being so close to the center. The apartment was very nice and tidy, really. The fridge didn't work any day, only the freezer, so we had to manage, and no one came to check it after we reported it. We asked several times for the physical key, and although we were told three times that they would come to bring it, we never received it; we never saw our host in person. The nespresso coffee machine they had didn’t work (we had bought capsules that we couldn't use). Everything else was very good. Salamanca is very beautiful.

Negative experience: Keyhom provides a terrible service and attention; their behavior is arrogant and lacks proper customer service. In summary, we rented an apartment and found ourselves without heating, no TV remote, or cleaning supplies. When asked politely, their response was unacceptable. When someone charges nearly €800 for a minimum of 4 days, it is essential to ensure everything is in order, and if asked politely, one should not treat the person with spite, arrogance, or a lack of empathy. I believe your response defines what you are: speculators with no user care and bad manners.
