Negative experience: They are a very unclear and non-transparent person in their dealings, prolonging the process and making you waste time on follow-up visits for nothing and making false hopes for no reason.
Everything was explained to you in a simple, clear, and transparent manner. No complaints or buts were put forth until you finally didn't make the purchase, therefore everything comes down to not buying. Would you have said this if you had bought? No, right? You can't be second in a purchase and expect to be first, despite having given the same conditions and opportunities to all three interested parties. The first one who doesn't waste time is me, so if a second visit is made, it's because there were possibilities. I repeat once more that the decision of who sells a property ultimately lies with the owners; I just advise (in this case, I advised what they did, by the way). And once again, being second in order of arrival and accepting the same conditions, why do you have to buy and not the first ones? Moreover, to conclude, as we used as an example: If someone arrives at a fruit shop and wants a fruit, who do we sell it to? And as your own father said, to the first one who arrived. Well, it can't be clearer than that. I understand the disappointment, the anger, the frustration or whatever it is, but under equal conditions accepted by all, the order of arrival has been followed.
Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10. After a long time and a lot of patience from Emilio, we have managed to get a house we were looking for. Fantastic experience: Emilio ha entendido perfectamente lo que necesitábamos, estamos a punto de firmar por un piso en alquiler, veremos como se irá desarrollando el asunto, pero de momento puedo decir que, después de conocer unas cuantas inmobiliarias y ver unos cuantos pisos con sus respectivos dueños, Emilio es de lejos el agente que mejor ha entendido nuestras necesidades, al mismo tiempo siendo una persona exquisitamente educada, discreta, eficiente, con un trato agradable, profesional sin llegar a la famosa frialdad salamantina...
