Fantastic experience: Very good management and the best was the treatment from both Marta and Diana, who were attentive and helpful at all times.

Negative experience: My three colleagues and I rented an apartment for the 2023/2024 school year, and from minute zero after we did, they started taking advantage of us and laughing at our parents, who intervened many times (since it is generally easier for young people to be tricked in these situations). To begin with, they delivered the apartment to us in terrible conditions, completely dirty and with many things broken or in bad shape. When we complained about this (since we had agreed that they would take care of all the cleaning), Diana told us that we had entered our apartment as squatters before our contract started and that we had made it dirty because when they delivered it, it wasn’t like that; she had confused and thought our contract started a month later than it actually did. When we proved that this was not the case, she never backed down, and her only response was that they were not going to clean anything and that it was our responsibility. She even tried to deceive us by sending a video of how the previous tenants supposedly left the apartment (it was false, because one of my flatmates was one of the previous tenants, and she herself said that the video was from another date, not when they left the apartment). In the end, we had to take care of the cleaning ourselves. On the other hand, there were many parts of the house in bad condition: a loose kitchen tap, a door without a handle, broken curtains, broken sockets, wobbly chairs, a broken bed base, etc. And every time we complained about any of this, two things happened: either they ignored us, or months later they would come to fix it, and when they did, they always sent the same man to fix everything poorly (since it would break again). In my case, since I arrived at the apartment, I kept complaining about changing the bed base and mattress because the springs were digging into me, and sometimes I would even wake up with bruises. Their response was always the same: 'If you want another mattress, buy it yourself.' I dealt with this for many months until the slats of the bed base broke one by one, and I discovered that they were taped from the previous tenants. That’s when, nine months after my first complaint, they decided to change both things for me. We also had an accident with the vitro and broke a corner of the glass (it was working perfectly). Our contract specified that we would be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the property, not for an accident. After hours of conversations via WhatsApp and calls with Diana, she wasn’t able to answer the main question we asked her: whether the house had insurance or not. Moreover, her tone of voice and expressions were mostly in a mocking tone (which she did quite often), and her final conclusion was always that we had to pay for a new vitro, and we never found out if the house had insurance. A few months later, while Diana was showing the apartment (with us present), she told the girls she was showing it to that the house had insurance that covered any kind of damage to the property. When we confronted her about it, she acted oblivious and said we shouldn’t bring it up again. Finally, when it came time to return our deposit, they deducted €220 for cleaning expenses, which is very disproportionate, especially considering that we left it in very good condition and they gave it to us in a terrible state. In conclusion, this real estate agency only cares about collecting money and not about the well-being of their clients. Specifically, Diana, instead of acting as an intermediary (for which we were paying her fees), only told us in other words that what the landlord said was gospel, whether she was right or not; every conversation with her was like talking to a wall that you had to repeat everything to 50 times, and even then, it was as if you hadn’t said anything.

Negative experience: I give them one star because you can't give less. The treatment from the real estate agency is terrible, they start telling you that you have to leave the apartment a month before your contract ends, they make you pay expenses that don't belong to you, and they also try to keep your deposit even if you leave your part of the apartment in perfect condition. They say you have to be responsible for everyone, meaning if your roommates are messy, you have to pay. I wish no one had to go through this experience and suffer such bad treatment from the real estate agency.

Negative experience: They put a lot of pressure. I was renting and they called to see if they could show the apartment to a couple. I told them that I wasn't available that day and asked if it could be another day. They suggested another day and I confirmed it. After a while, they wrote to me again saying not to worry, that it had been canceled. They called the owner accusing me of not wanting to open the door for them. Furthermore, on all the other occasions they asked to see the apartment, there was never a problem. Because of a single time I couldn't, they decided to call the owner to complain about me. How embarrassing. I will not look for an apartment with them again, and even less recommend this real estate agency. Rest assured that if I find out someone close to me is looking for an apartment with you, I will tell them everything.

AND ALSO, BAD AT MIXING WITH THE PROPERTY WITH LIES AND NOT FACILITATING THE PROCESS. IF INSTEAD OF DEDICATING YOURSELF TO RESPONDING TO GOOGLE REVIEWS, YOU FOCUSED ON WORKING, IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN LIKE THE OTHER DAY WITH THE CLIENT FROM VALHONDO, WHO DID NOT EVEN KNOW HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT... THAT IS GOOD MANAGEMENT. DO YOU KNOW WHAT REMINDER CALLS ARE THE DAY BEFORE??? AND DON'T WASTE MY TIME ANY MORE. STOP ANSWERING ON TOP AND ATTEND TO CLIENTS PROPERLY. AND THIS IS, ONE MORE SAMPLE THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER GO, BECAUSE ON TOP OF THAT, IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT. Dirty rats until they are told to stop. The staff is limited, in both senses. We have rented an apartment for 4 years in Parque Valhondo and they took our deposit at their offices and now they say they have changed owners... Something totally absurd and illegal and they won’t return it... We have documents of everything stamped etc... It’s a matter of filing a complaint against both, the owner first and wait, nothing more, but the house stays with me. So, humble advice, DO NOT GO, and you will save time, money, and health. There are many prestigious real estate agencies in Salamanca.

Negative experience: Although this review appears as new on December 21, 2023, as stated in the text, it is from May 2021. My colleague and I had agreed with one of the agents (ANA) that we wanted to make the reservation. They constantly called my mother to pressure us into renting the apartment. All of this happened during the week of May 3 to May 7, 2021. My colleague's mother called them and arranged to visit the property on Tuesday, May 11 to see it, sign the contract, and make a deposit. On the day of May 10, the agency person messaged me on WhatsApp to say that, regrettably, the apartment we liked had already been rented out because someone made a reservation that morning, without telling me anything before the meeting, and agreeing with my colleague's mother to visit the next day. We agreed that they would show us two apartments. We only saw one because, oh surprise, they were told that boys were not allowed (when initially there was no problem). LUIS, who was the person showing me the apartment, told me it could be reserved since August, and ANA told my mother it was since July. If you meet them at a certain time, don’t rush as they will be late. According to ANA, the company policy is that if there isn't a firm reservation, they continue to show the property. My mother said she understood but that they should take into account that we arrived first; SPOILER: they did not take that into account. We wanted to make a reservation due to COVID, and they said it wasn’t necessary. They sent me a standard contract that surely is a copy and paste from the others they use. All kinds of excuses not to change anything, even though they charge a part of their services to people looking to rent the apartment and another large amount to their clients.

Fantastic experience: We have worked with them on the sale of a flat owned by several siblings in Salamanca, and we are very satisfied. Although most of us live outside Salamanca, everything has been made easy. They are great professionals you can trust, so I fully recommend working with them. Negative experience: Os voy a contar mi experiencia con esta empresa. Voy a ver un piso, me lo enseñan pero me dicen que había otra persona interesada y que hasta que la otra persona no decida si quiere el piso o no yo no tengo derecho a decidir, hasta aquí todo correcto. Mientras yo estoy viendo el piso aparece la otra persona, nos lo enseñan juntos. Esa persona dice que se lo tiene que pensar, y bajando en el ascensor la agente inmobiliaria nos dice que entonces pierde el derecho de prioridad y que el primero que dé la señal de la fianza se queda el piso. Ninguno de los dos decimos nada. Después de un par de horas me acerco a la inmobiliaria a dar la señal me dicen que genial que todo correcto. Al día siguiente me llaman y me dicen que me devuelven la señal que otra persona ha visto el piso y prefieren alquilarselo a esa otra persona. Seriedad? Cero. Si yo doy una señal ese piso debería retirarse de visitas. Desde el momento en el que yo pago se supone que han aceptado mi oferta. Si después viene alguien a ofrecer más no deberían ni siquiera haberse sentado a escucharlo. Van a ganar dinero y les importa menos que nada hacer las cosas correctamente. Lo mejor? Que a los dos o tres meses me llaman y me dicen que el piso a vuelto a quedar vacío, que si sigo interesada. Qué caraduras.
