Negative experience: I give one star because it is not possible to give less. We made a payment of almost 300 euros for an appraisal that I was sure the value of the property would not come close to what they were asking. Indeed, the result was infinitely lower and we wasted time and money. I understand that each person is free to set prices because we are in a supply-demand market but, please do not confuse things and do not assume things without sufficient knowledge about them. Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no es posible poner menos. Hicimos un desembolso de casi 300 euros por una tasación de la que yo estaba segura que el valor del inmueble no se acercaría ni de lejos a lo que nos pedían. Efectivamente el resultado fue infinitamente inferior y perdimos el tiempo y el dinero. Entiendo que cada persona es libre de fijar precios porque estamos en un mercado de oferta-demanda pero, por favor no confundáis y no deis por hecho cosas sin el suficiente conocimiento sobre las mismas. Negative experience: Yo mi piso lo vendí por libre y el día de mañana si vuelvo a vender lo volvería a hacer así pero si no tuviera más remedio que contratar una inmobiliaria no sería esta desde luego, les he llamado varias veces para hacer una visita de un piso que me interesa y a los que no les interesa enseñarlo es a ellos.
