Negative experience: I rectify. Two months after paying them, they are not so nice anymore. It turns out that when I entered the house, the previous owners had taken things that they were supposed to leave behind; there’s no way to prove it since they can’t even make a simple list. When I check the whole house, I find hidden defects in the walls, cracks, and even a hole next to the window. Their response? 'You just need to give it a coat of paint.' Two months after moving in, the boiler breaks down, you write to them, and they don’t even respond. Once you've paid, they wash their hands of it and leave you to deal with it. I wouldn’t repeat this even as a joke… they are only interested in selling, and once they sell to you, it’s goodbye. If you’re looking for an apartment out there, it’s better to have someone else assist you; because if Jaime assists you, you're sold if you want to claim something.
