Fantastic experience: My experience with Tecnocasa has gone from 0 to 5 stars, and that's why I want to document it. It was 0 before the arrival of the new people like Pablo and Luis. With Pablo and Luis, everything has gone perfectly; they provided friendly and close treatment, helping at all times. In my case, the apartment was in Salamanca, but I live in Madrid. They took care of all the paperwork, checking if anything was missing, and delivered the documents to the notaries to validate that everything was correct. The previous time we tried to sign, there were issues that 'were overlooked' by the other managers, which led to a lawsuit against the previous buyer. But as soon as these new people took over, everything was resolved, and they were at my disposal for everything I needed. They are truly professionals, and I believe they deserve a chance like I did, as I used to see a 'green tie' and run away instantly.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give zero, they are ANNOYING, tiresome, everything that can be said is little. They call and call again to get the owner's phone number, they are persistent and won't stop until they get it. They even call third parties to say it's urgent, involving elderly people and what this entails. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE, THEY CHARGE HIGHER COMMISSIONS THAN OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENCIES. This review has been earned by their own actions. At first, I would open the door for them, but over time I simply got tired and began to ignore the doorbell. The security camera has recorded them so many times that I am considering reporting them for continuous harassment. Just stop ANNOYING us in Torres Quevedo; several neighbors are considering taking legal action.

Negative experience: Exactly how many times do we have to ask for your salespeople to stop coming to our house asking if we're interested in selling our apartment and if we want a copy of your brochure that you call 'magazine'? I'm just wondering if there's a magic number that needs to be reached to unlock the achievement. We've been living in our apartment for a year and have already received five visits from five different salespeople (and that's counting the fact that we work outside the home, so the number of visits is likely higher). On all occasions, we have stated that we are not interested and have asked them not to return, and on all occasions, we have been very kindly assured that it wouldn't happen again... though it seems they don't keep their word, obviously. The repeated visits from your agents have even been discussed in neighbor meetings, especially because people generally don't want to be asked/harassed repeatedly about their future intentions not only to sell their own apartment but also about whether they know and can direct other neighbors who want to do so (does it really seem acceptable to reach that level?). As for your 'magazine', I can only say that almost all entrances have a mail slot for advertising where they can drop it without bothering anyone with aggressive sales tactics disguised as 'wanting to know the neighbors in the neighborhood'... by the fifth time in a year, I think it moves into the category of 'cold calling'. They certainly won't find me as a customer that way.

Negative experience: I live in Plaza Barcelona and I am tired of continuous visits to my house asking if I want to sell. If I wanted to sell, I would have my apartment for sale. On the other hand, I am tired of picking up papers from my mailbox from Israel saying that if I sell. La peor inmobiliaria de Salamanca .

Negative experience: Cuando alguien quiere vender, negocian con una inmobiliaria pero si NO se quiere vender por más que se envíen a jóvenes a hostigarte lo que se consigue es justo lo contrario. Siempre están buscando personal por algo será, sin experiencia ni nada, solo buscan gente capaz de ir puerta por puerta y agobiar a gente hasta intentar conseguir su objetivo, no sé quien les ha inculcado a esta inmobiliaria que esas practicas son efectivas, a mi entender consiguen justo el efecto contrario, espero que aprendan del resto, de un buen trabajo a buen precio y se dediquen a dejar de agobiar a los propietarios del barrio, porque estamos todos ya . un poco hartos y cansados, que si su revista que si te venden el piso…vender el vuestro …si tantas ganas tenéis PESADOOOOOOOSSSS en fin…lo mejor es denunciar y llamar a policía diciendo que es puerta fría.

Se inmiscuye en la vida personal de los clientes y como profesional le daría un cero. No tengo queja de la empresa, pero deberían seleccionar mejor sus empleados.

Negative experience: Han sido unos impresentables, quedan con el cliente (vamos yo y mi mujer) y allí plantado nos han dejado en la puerta de la vivienda sin presentarse, ni avisarnos de que van a ir. Les llamamos para ver que a pasado y encima se sorprenden de que si habían quedado con nosotros.

Negative experience: Lamentable atención, comisiones abusivas que ninguna otra inmobiliaria cobra. Pongo antecedentes. Piso 108.000 en en condiciones de reforma total. Vamos vemos el piso y me dicen q se puede negociar. Hasta aquí todo correcto. Me dicen q tienen equipo para negociar mi hipoteca, digo q yo ya tengo hablado con mi Banco. Igualmente me dice que vaya. Según ellos la vivienda se encuentra tasada en 135.000 euros. Resulta si quiero adquirir la vivienda les tengo q abonar a tecnocasa 4000 euros a mayores del precio de la vivienda. Una inmobiliaria q me carga a mi los gastos a mayores. Vuelvo a llamar pasados unos días para volver a ver el piso con más luz puesto q lo ví de noche. Me dicen q el piso esta vendido. Ok no pasa nada. Al rato mi mujer sin saberlo llama a otro inmueble de ellos y le dicen q ese esta vendido y le vuelven a ofrecer el primero. Mosqueado vamos a la Oficina y les digo q si se están cachondeando de mi o q? Acceden a q volvamos a ver el piso con más luz y me vuelven a proponer ir a la reunión con los intermediarios Kiron, para más señas q pertenecen a tecnocasa. A quien ya me intentan vender q financiando con ellos es la única manera a comprar la vivienda. El valor de tasación es por una tasación de ellos, insistiendo en q el precio es el q le dijeron al tasador para poder venderla y q se financie a el 80%. Q el tasador se mi banco siempre lo hará por debajo. Con lo cual me intentan convencer de q la única manera es con ellos. Claro previó pago de los 500 euros de la tasación, 4000 tecnocasa y 8.000 Kiron, más gastos de notaría, gestoría etc y claro está el 8% de los impuestos(estos si q los reconozco q es lo normal) . Vamos q de un inmueble q se supone 108.000 me cobra, más de 12.500 en impuesto revolucionario, evidentemente me levante de la mesa y me fui. Hoy después de 15 días me llaman, para seguir intentándolo venderme el piso. digo mira... Ni me interesa el piso, y menos hacer ningún tipo de negocio con vosotros. Porq? Porq me parece lamentable la forma de trabajar y de intentar estafar, porq habrá quien trague con vuestras condiciones pero a mi me parece una estafa y más, con el descaro q lo haceis. Después de leer otra mentira más como es su supuesta aclaracion. Me remito a lo escrito anteriormente q fue lo q me sucedió. Y como le dije al comercial, ni de coña compró un inmueble con ustedes. Y esos mismos motivos se los di a el.
