Negative experience: I don't really know how to start this review, I think we all know how Tecnocasa works, profiting from both the buyer and the seller with abusive commissions, but they are also the only ones behind you listening and showing you apartments. When I started the transaction with them, I somewhat knew what I was getting into, but not to what extent. I was offered an apartment where I had to accept some conditions they presented, an apartment at a price but with truly abusive commissions, since it wasn't just Tecnocasa's, but also Kiron's if I wanted the apartment. I decided to go ahead, knowing that the commissions were ridiculous, but trusting in their professionalism during the transaction, all attention was good until I paid the Tecnocasa commission, at that moment, infinite gaps started to appear. For three months, I asked questions about the property, questions about the community fees, who was the president... and a thousand questions that any buyer has during the process. During those three months, every time I asked a question, I got a different answer, and that’s if I got an answer at all, because sometimes they wouldn’t respond and I was left in doubt, which generated a brutal level of distrust. So I decided that before signing the purchase and the deeds, I wanted to go to the apartment to check that everything I wanted to know and everything written in the deposit contract (operation of appliances) was okay. It's important to say that everything specified in the deposit contract was the responsibility of TECNOCASA since the buyer had requested it being an older person. On the first occasion, a Friday, they told me that it would be signed on Tuesday, so I said that I had to visit the property on Monday, no matter the time, to verify that everything they had committed to was okay. There were two things to fix, the heating and the intercom. To my surprise, as soon as I entered the property, I saw that the heating wasn't working, and the intercom had been changed without even knowing whether it was a property issue or a community issue, so due to TECNOCASA’s fault, the signing of the purchase had to be delayed. Faced with this situation, I decided to stop messaging and showed up at the office to talk with the person in charge of the operation, who was Isra. His air of superiority made it clear to me that he liked conflict and had zero professionalism, he only had empty words to attract clients, and that has been the case. Two months after the purchase, the intercom still doesn't work even though I signed that he would take care of it post-purchase. Moreover, during the meeting, he excused himself by saying he was sick and during Holy Week, being a holiday, he had to go to the apartment to prepare it for signing when he had had 3 MONTHS to manage it; it’s not my fault how he organized it. For the second signing, it was ironic; they made the buyer who lives outside Salamanca and is older and struggles to come, go for nothing. Both the buying and selling parties went to the notary and were informed that the process couldn't be carried out because the person we had PAID during the deposit contract was not the OWNER of the apartment. In other words, NOT EVEN TECNOCASA HAD CHECKED THE SIMPLE NOTE TO SEE THAT THE NAMES WERE DIFFERENT (Thank God the person to whom the incorrect name was attributed was an only child and all the inheritance of the apartment went to her; I don't want to think what would have happened if there were debts, more children, and they didn't want to sell). And we had to go home without the keys, without the apartment, and with a furious state due only to Tecnocasa not doing its job literally, neither fixing things nor checking a simple paper. Finally, it escalated WAY TOO LATE to the franchisor; a meeting should have been called with him much earlier, he put some order into it, but by the time the process was finalized.

Negative experience: No es muy buena ya que el trabajador que está representando manda a limpiar pisos y no paga, además ya está es la quinta vez que lo hace llevó un mes y dos días esperando a que me paguen y no lo hace es muy prepotente y se cree mejor que sus compañeros todos no son así pero él no es de confiar, además los demás compañeros si son buenas personas y muy tratables, en la tarde de hoy después de yo hablar con otros jefe me envió un mensaje para que fuera a buscar el dinero mañana y le dije que no había necesidad que otro superior hablaré con un trabajador de otra dirección para que ese señor pague lo que debe hace un mes y tres días
