Negative experience: Very bad. This was my experience: they show me a flat and tell me it costs 550 euros, and I have to pay them half as a commission. But if I pay them 500 euros, they convince the owner to let me have the flat for 500. In the long run, it ends up being more profitable for me. In the end, I find out from the owner that he had told the real estate agency he wanted to rent it for 450 euros. So, they wanted me to pay to ACTUALLY INCREASE it by 50 euros a month. And everyone ended up winning: they received double the commission, and the owner received 50 euros more per month.
