Negative experience: Good morning: I share my experience with this real estate agency that I chose because of the good reviews and comments online. In my case, it has been a true disappointment regarding the seriousness and professionalism of their staff. Very nice words but no solutions. After signing a contract that they sign as part of it, you receive a property in deplorable conditions of use and you have to mediate with the owner of the property, as according to them, it’s not their responsibility. In attached photos, I show the state in which the property was delivered without meeting the conditions of service, security, and health. After speaking with them, they tell me that the only thing they can do is contact the owner ... some real artists!!! In summary, they deliver the property in a terrible state and give you as a solution to contact the owner. This breach of contract will be reported to the Consumer Office.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with Salamanca real estate has been very negative. I received terrible treatment from Alicia, who rudely refused to provide information to my family member, who was helping me with the apartment issue. Moreover, I was surprised to learn that she started to speak poorly of us to the owner, inventing things like that we weren't facilitating visits, that we didn't respond to messages, and that we spoke badly about the apartment to anyone who entered. When, at all times, and according to our possibilities, we have collaborated to do so, as shown by the messages we exchanged with the real estate agency over WhatsApp, where we tried to arrange visits. Despite this, Alicia displayed arrogant, childish, and inconsiderate behavior. It is truly despicable to want to harm us in front of the owner simply because she was frustrated about not being able to rent the apartment, which highlights her lack of seriousness, professionalism, and respect. Another factor to consider is how they want to charge their fees in cash, indicating that it should be stated in the deposit concept that we made Shein. I would not recommend the services of this real estate agency to anyone.

Negative experience: I contacted the agency with my partner in search of a rental apartment. Initially, both the employee and the landlord were polite. However, prior to signing the contract, this real estate agency demanded payment of fees. Since 2023, this amount should be deposited by the landlord when tenants plan to rent a home for more than a year as a residence. When we mentioned this to the employee at the agency, she pretended not to understand and didn't respond to that message. Furthermore, before reading and signing the contract, we received a message, I quote, 'remember to bring X amount of cash' to the agency, where we had an appointment to verify the correctness of the contract. They reiterated that the payment had to be 'in hand', money that would most likely not be declared and thus illegal. Despite the good condition of the apartment and all its appeal, we completely reject the services of this agency that tried to take advantage of a young couple with little scruples.
