Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in Pontevedra today, and I wanted to meet Mr. Agustín!!! But today, July 13th, Saturday, I logically couldn't see him at the agency... what a shame. Just from seeing the work he does on Facebook, I would like to meet him in person... I am a real estate agent in Murcia, but it’s a pleasure to talk to people like Mr. Agustín... maybe one day I will buy a house in Galicia... I will definitely count on him. Thank you for offering me the rental houses with an option to buy and for being kind and sincere. Good work, it's a pity that people leave us bad reviews due to misunderstandings, lack of patience, or not understanding that we are overwhelmed with work, to cover up their own faults, etc...

Negative experience: The experience was horrible. I asked about a house that was advertised on Facebook, it stated that the kitchen was not in the main building. When I asked if I had to go outside to get to the kitchen, the person laughed in my face and when I asked what the reason for the laughter was, they rudely replied that they answered at the level I asked. Lack of professionalism.

As soon as you let your guard down, he uploads very inappropriate photos to his 'professional page', and I don't mean photos of houses, but rather photos from his personal reel (photos that should never have been taken in the first place, as they were taken of people without their consent and in their workplace). P.S: I'm not off the page Agustín... not even that you do well, king.... I repeat, no one asked you for the exact location (a location that the rest of the real estate agencies on Idealista, who have your same properties like Engel & Völkers, give without any problem) I attach a photo of your response and the location of the property, regards.

Negative experience: Today I inquired about a house advertised on social media as I am interested. I believe a picture is worth a thousand words, and I think nobody should be treated this way. I have been following this real estate agency for a long time, but today they have certainly lost all my interest. Of course, I will go see the house with the competition. Asking for the approximate area of a property in a very large city without requesting the street or exact location, I think it’s not a mystery and it’s quite normal, because if I am not interested in the area, I neither waste this gentleman's time from the agency nor my own. Even so, there are ways and ways to say things, and I don’t think this is one of them. Very little professionalism, or should I say none at all. If this happens when inquiring about a property, I can't imagine what problems I could face buying it... I edit my review and add the profile photo of the person responding, Agustin, as he specifically requested in his response. He is very funny and thinks that by blocking me on social media after I posted the review, I can no longer see his profile... Yes, Agustin, I have over 100 reviews and 95% of them are positive, since usually people with businesses treat their customers with respect. I repeat to you, Agustin, that I did not ask for the exact location at any point, only for an approximate one as can be seen in the attached photo. You have no excuse and you are not fooling anyone. I take this opportunity to put here the link to the house, which has been so difficult to find with other real estate agencies and more economical by just typing 'casa Villagarcía' on Google, so much for that mystery... Or what is the same, several ads on Fotocasa by different people and agencies that do share their location (so it’s not the owner’s express wish but yours). Best regards.
