At first, they seem friendly, but as soon as you accept the purchase and hand over 10% of the property's price, they seem to disappear from the face of the earth; they don't answer emails, they don't even pick up the phone, they completely ignore you, and the one time they do reply to an email, they are unpleasant, responding with threats and being very rude, showing no respect for the person from whom they will pocket 6% of the sale price thanks to her. A little humility, gratitude, and respect please. 100% dissatisfied with these people, NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL.

This is their modus operandi: After posting this review, Lisardo contacted me asking me to 'remove it as soon as possible.' I have been requesting documentation related to the property I want to buy for more than three weeks. They tell me they have it but that they are not going to share it. Why? What are they hiding? Lisardo also writes to me to say that 'you will not recover a single euro' of the payment I already made. The worst part is that he tells me he speaks on behalf of the seller, but when I contacted her, she was surprised and said she was not aware of anything. I spent weeks trying to talk to Fátima, who showed me the apartment, and I received no response. She waited until the signing to try to justify the lack of contact with absurd reasons and lied despite the evidence I provided that it was true. In summary, they are not professionals, rather a bunch of incompetent people desperate to collect commissions, who do not know how to deal with people. The image from that viral video of two Engel & Volkers workers overreacting perfectly defines the image of this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Poca profesionalidad por parte del personal(SUSANA), sin ningún tipo de respuesta ni empatía hacia el comprador. Para vender son muy rápidos y ocultar información importante, ahora para solucionar problemas puedes esperar porque no vas a obtener respuesta. Si tenéis que efectuar alguna venta o compra, ESTA ES LA PEOR INMOBILIARIA DE PONTEVEDRA, su lema es INCOMPETENTES y POCA PROFESIONALIDAD

Negative experience: Cero profesionalidad, mucha palabrería y saber vender y meter por los ojos el inmueble que haga falta, pero a la hora de la verdad no contestan a las llamadas ni a los mensajes. Venta de piso en la cual han ocultado desperfectos, de los cuales al informarles han ignorado y no han dado respuesta hasta que se llamó a los superiores, aún así no dan solución. No facilitan la comunicación entre la compradora y la vendedora, lo que hace llegar a malentendidos y seguir sin encontrar solución a cosas tan sencillas como cambiar la titularidad de un servicio y no darlo de baja para que el comprador tenga que pagar un alta nueva. Vergonzosa atención y denunciable.
