Negative experience: I have tried reasoning with Isabel since Friday, June 15, via email and WhatsApp. She refuses to respond to all the irregularities committed upon delivering an apartment that did not meet what she promised and had COCKROACHES. To start with, she told me she was a close friend of the owner and that she was renting the apartment as a favor. A coincidence that the owner said she was not his friend at all, let alone a close one. She mentioned that the apartment needed some touch-ups and that she knew a girl. I told her I was willing to pay for the cleaning materials used. It is never the tenant's responsibility to clean the apartment, either the agency or the owner pays for it directly. In all my years of renting, I have never been asked to pay for cleaning the apartment before moving in. To my surprise, on June 15, the day of the key handover, besides PAYING HER FEES, something illegal since we signed after the entry into force (June 12), she called my father, who was picking up the keys, to tell him that unless he paid the €120 for cleaning (in cash obviously), there were no keys, cleaning that I never agreed to pay for, except for the materials. Faced with this, they had to yield and go through with it, only to spend the entire weekend cleaning the house since it was not clean. After repeated messages and emails, she refuses to provide any coverage related to 'the services rendered'. DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP THAT I DID! If managing a rental is like this, how will it be to buy or sell a house! Not recommended at all, the worst experience and treatment of my life.

Fantastic experience: Hemos trabajado dos veces con Isabel. La primera para una compra y la segunda para una venta. Es una agente inmobiliaria como pocas. Muy amable, simpática, muy comercial y lo más importante MUY PROFESIONAL, quedan pocos como ella. Se encarga de solicitar toda la documentación para verificar la veracidad de la información, hace planos de la vivienda que permiten al comprador saber cómo es la vivienda sin aún no haberla visitado. Nos sacó el certificado de eficiencia energética. Te da ideas de reforma si las necesitas. Recomendable 100%
