Fantastic experience: My partner and I just bought an apartment in Palma. It was a two-year project in which we came into contact with countless real estate agencies and agents. By far the best was young and professional Julia Crespi, who made us a selection of apartments that really corresponded to our wishes, and then guided us through the whole process by legal assistance, finding financing, notary services, administrative assistance... She was incredible and therefore deserves everything praise and rewards.

Negative experience: A really bad kind of pressure. Very unsympathetic. Suddenly, on the door of my own penthouse apartment (which I do NOT rent or sell), there was a card from Neptunus stuck with a handwritten note saying that in two weeks they would like to view my apartment with their client and that I should please contact them. Seriously? Incredible this way. I will tell this exactly as is and will gladly show this card, and I know a lot of people here. Maybe I'll even send it to the Mallorca Magazine, which recently had a good article about such unsolicited bad pressure tactics from unknown wannabe agents.
