Negative experience: They are shameless, unprofessional, and irresponsible. We had an appointment on Monday, January 15th at 6:45 PM on Blanquerna street to see an apartment, which my partner and I were very interested in. We arrived on time and waited outside for 30 minutes, calling the agency without any response. If they had canceled, at least they could have called us to let us know, because they are also wasting our time, as we could go to another much more professional real estate agency. When you see that we are young, you are not interested in attending to us. I plan to publish everywhere so that people can see how unprofessional you are. Shameless.

Negative experience: Shameful, I was interested in an apartment and they didn't even bother to tell me if it was available or not. We were literally waiting 30 or 40 minutes outside and no one showed up for the appointment we had scheduled. After calling 10 times, there was no response at all. Basically, my partner and I wasted almost 1 hour on the street. The real estate agencies in Mallorca leave a lot to be desired and they lack professionalism. Crooks.

Fantastic experience: A pesar de no haber podido alquilar el piso deseado a última hora por culpa del propietario la Sra.Paloma luchó con uñas y dientes para k acabara todo de la mejor manera posible!!! Gracias Paloma!!!!

Negative experience: No se presentó a la cita que teníamos acordada. Y tenía el teléfono desconectado. No entiendo cuál es el objetivo de hacerle perder el tiempo a la gente.... No lo recomiendo!!!!!

Negative experience: My Husband and I were genuinely very interested in a property they advertised. We viewed the property and we were deciding between two, the other was with a other company and the company offered 2months free so we asked politely if the agent Tina could see if anything could be done for example one month free which is not a big ask seems that that Agent Fees are one months Rent 1.100 Euros Plus 21% Tax....see my message below and Tinas very rude response. I would not recommend dealing with this Agency totally unprofessional and rude. Clearly not the kind of people you would want to rent through, what ashame. Tina clearly needs Customer Service training and learn how to treat prospectus clients. I certainly would not hire Tina to work for my business. [28/07, 14:11] Suzanne: Hi Tina, I've have just spoken to my Husband now and we like the property...however, he did remind that another property that we viewed recently with the company Testa came with the first Two months for Free and No agnency fee as an offer they are doing at this moment (which is unusual of course, and something my Husband is very drawn towards). Also this property has a pool. Is there anything that can be matched in this respect to help make our decision? My Husband is more towards the Testa property and I'm more for this one in Genova..so we are undecided at this moment which one. If there was even perhaps a first month for free offer from the owner then we would probably sign by the end of this week I think.. Negative experience: Son unos impresentables!!! No se presentó a la cita y allí nos dejó esperando! Ni una llamada para avisar que no vendría! Llamé a su móvil y salía apagado así que decidí llamar a la agencia, una señora muy poco agradable me dijo que con toda seguridad se abría olvidado de la cita y que además el piso ya estaba apalabrado!!!! Señora Paloma, es usted una SINVERGÜENZA!
