Negative experience: We bought an apartment with them. The experience was horrible. The manager or owner, Antonia (a very arrogant person), put us through a very bad time days before the signing. All because she did not trust her clients (to whom we were going to buy the house, which made us even more anxious). She called us insistently several times in one morning, with a despotic and threatening tone. She implied that she had done us a favor by selling us the house, and that we were in debt to her... Her last phrase before hanging up the phone was a very unsettling 'God bless you'. The rest of the people we dealt with at the agency were very pleasant and attentive.

Negative experience: Tenía una cita par ver un piso y la perdona nunca llegó, cuando llamo a la agencia me dice quien me atendió que su compañera cambió la cita para el lunes, sin avisarme...

Negative experience: ¡GRAN DECEPCIÓN! Pertenezco a un sector en el que los intermediarios aportan valor. Por lo que al fin y al cabo, el piso que me gustaba era a través suya y no dudé en probar. Aspectos por lo que JAMÁS recomendaría sus servicios: - Desde la parte comercial, después de la visita al piso por el que yo misma me había interesado y llamado. La agencia no se preocupa en proponer otras opciones similares o preguntar por lo que estamos buscando. - Desde la parte de contratación. No dudo que los contratos los haga un abogado pero ponen cláusulas que sino lo lees con cuidado son abusivas y hay que recordar que como intermediarios se debe cuidar a las dos partes. - A la hora de la firma, ni siquiera la misma persona que es tu asesora comercial se preocupa por cerrar el trato. - Respecto a la comisión. La mensualidad es lo normal pero además requieren el IVA a parte. Supuestamente por gastos web, fotógrafo de piso... Que por cierto, cuando busqué el piso el su web NO estaba. - Tras pagar la comisión, no se preocupan ni por hacer los cambios de domiciliación de los recibos. Entiendo que no todas las agencias lo hacen pero ya que es más caro, esperas que detalles como estos estén cuidados, tanto de cara al arrendador, como para el arrendatario. Si me preguntas que me ha aportado, la respuesta es: Un agujero en el bolsillo y un trato muy pobre. Aunque lo positivo es que he conocido a unos propietarios increíbles, que han sido mucho mas pro-activos que la propia agencia. Y sí se preocupan por las personas.

Positive experience: La agente inmobiliaria que me estuvo ayudando durante el proceso fue Candy, quien ha sido muy empática y profesional. Me ha ayudado mucho con las visitas y con detalles de la operación de compraventa. Se nota que ama su profesión y que disfruta con su trabajo, es entusiasta y muy flexible (se adaptó a mis horarios para las visitas todas y cada una de las veces que le pedí, que fueron muchas). Gran capacidad resolutiva y muy comprometida con el producto y con el cliente. Atiende al cliente con rapidez y genera confianza al 100%. Muy agradable al trato, buena presencia y proactiva. Negative experience: Se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para gestionar la venta de nuestro piso, después de varios intentos nos dijeron que un cliente se había puesto en contacto con ellos para comprar nuestro piso. Efectivamente, muy bien: -lo vendieron- firmamos la venta y se nos descontó su comisión directamente del precio de venta y después se desentendieron definitivamente de las gestiones notariales y protocolo legal. El abogado de los compradores pusieron un par de pegas a la hora de terminar los trámites y ellos ya no quisieron ayudarnos. Después de varios intentos de hablar con la directora de la oficina (parece como si fuera la propietaria, se llama Antonia) ya fue desagradable con nosotros y hasta el límite de mal educada, se le notó que estaba había hecho el negocio y punto. En cambio la comercial (Sra. Candy) mucho más simpática, pero claro su labor ya había finalizado en la venta y tampoco nos ayudó. Si hubieran colaborado, no hubiera sido necesarias las gestiones y minutas que nos cobró el otro abogado. Así y todo nos pareció que nos hubieran podido ayudar porque se cobraron más de 20.000 Euro de comisión. NO VOLVEREMOS A ENTRAR EN ESTA OFICINA !!!

Negative experience: Completely disorganised. I was given an appointment to see an apartment and had to wait nearly an hour for the agent on-site. Head office had no idea about anything. Never seen anything like it.

Negative experience: The day I sold my house, balear invest never came to the notary to help me arrange the legal issues with the public notary, so the buyers and me had to solve all doubts, problems and decisions on our own, which was not easy at all. They just sent someone in the last minute with the bill! I would never recommend this company. El día de la compraventa de la casa, balear invest no se presentó ante el notario, dejándonos a compradores y vendedores sólos para arreglar papeles, ultimar detalles y tomar decisiones importantes. Eso sí, al final enviaron un comercial con su factura.

Negative experience: Do not use these people they do not care one iota for the client and will tell you anything to sell a house legal or illegal. They use terrible tactics and unnecessary pressure to make you sign and pay a deposit when there is no need to. There are much better agents around.

They did not help in any way and eventually took to ignoring me completely. I would like to reiterate that, because of them, I lost over €1500 and a lot of time / upset. Steer clear of this company. *original review* I rented an apartment in Palma through Balear Invest in 2013. When we were negotiating the rent they did little to earn the fee (1 month rent + IVA), apart from mediate between the landlord and me. However what really makes me rate them as a 1 star is that since moving out I have been having big problems with my landlord. She will only speak to me via Balear Invest, yet Balear Invest are not returning my calls or helping in any way. I would recommend against using them as they will not help with any problems you may have with the apartment/house. Candy dealt with me at Balear Invest and the landlord is Raquel Sirvent (of Calle Álvaro de Bazán, 11, 07014). Trust neither of these people.
