Negative experience: Very disappointed with the treatment received. We were renting an apartment and requested them to act as intermediaries with the landlord for the return of keys, inspection of the apartment, and return of the deposit. They completely brushed us off, claiming that it was not their role (when on previous occasions we have managed this process directly with the real estate agency). They forgot that we are also their clients once they received the corresponding agency fee.
