Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this real estate agency, or at least with RICARDO. We wanted to buy a house that was advertised in their agency. He showed it to us in a rude manner, just opened the door for the visit (he didn't know the property at all, nor its features). We liked the house and the land from the very first moment and said we wanted it, waiting to sell our home. He promised to notify us before posting it online or if another interested person appeared. We were ready to deposit the down payment. We brought the builder to make the renovation estimate. We sold our house in less than a month, and when we contacted him for the purchase, he informed us that it was already sold. He left us hanging. We have experienced a huge disappointment, a loss of a lot of money, and soon we will be left on the street. Very little professionalism, terrible service, and poor management.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this real estate agency or at least with RICARDO, who opened the door for the visit (he didn’t know the property or its characteristics at all). We liked the house and the estate from the first moment. He committed to notify us before publishing it online or if another interested party appeared, as we were waiting for the sale of ours to be able to take on this purchase. We were willing to deposit the guarantee, and he committed that if this was necessary, he would notify us. From the beginning, we communicated to RICARDO that the house was sold. We brought the builder to make the restoration budget, and in the meantime, we sold our house at a loss due to urgency, and when we contacted for the purchase, he informed us that it was already sold. We are left with a huge disappointment, a loss of a lot of money, and soon we will be left on the street. Very little professionalism, terrible service, and poor management.

Fantastic experience: Greetings, honestly my experience with this real estate agency was great, for me the best in Oviedo, loyal and efficient.. I trust them with my eyes closed, both the father and son are very caring and attentive. Thank you so much because maybe if I had met them earlier, I wouldn't have had to search so much haha thank you very much and blessings!!!

Negative experience: Muy mala gestión, no son nada resolutivos. Desaconsejado.

Negative experience: Horrible. Nos enseñaron un piso con una plaza de garaje que no era la real y que "casualidad" que la que correspondía al piso era impracticable. Dudo muchísimo que fuera un error como el dueño dice. Firmamos contrato,hacemos las transferencias y limpiamos el piso hasta que nos damos cuenta del "error". Nos dicen que de todas formas es un pisazo y que alquilemos la plaza a otra persona y busquemos otra para nosotros. Despues de todo esto nos vemos sin piso y habiendo limpiado y desinfectado uno que no nos vamos a quedar por un " error de nada". Le pido al de la inmobiliaria que se haga cargo de los gastos que ha generado su falta de profesionalidad y todavia estoy esperando la respuesta ,aunque era lo esperado con esta gente. MUCHO CUIDADO

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio y mala gestión. Visitamos un piso por la mañana y ya lo dejamos apalabrado. Se comprometieron a esperar 24h para formalizar la reserva (presentar la nómina y abonar la fianza). A última hora nos informan que concedieron otra visita y que le reservan a ellos el piso, dejándonos anonadados. Muy poca palabra y cero profesionalidad.
