Fantastic experience: Patricia is an excellent real estate agent, very attentive and pleasant, it has been a pleasure working with her.

Negative experience: One star because I can't give less. I contacted by phone a month ago inquiring about the purchase of an apartment they have advertised in the Palais area, Oviedo. The girl who attended me said that the agent managing it would get in touch with me. The next day, I received a WhatsApp from Patricia, sending me the ad I had already seen. I asked her for a bit more information and if I could schedule a visit. She told me she was very busy with other visits and it would have to be for the following week. No problem, I said to let me know the day of the next week that works best for her. I never heard from her again, I waited for 15 days and wrote to her again reminding her that I was still waiting to arrange the visit, the message was read immediately and she didn't even bother to reply. Again, I waited about a week and called the office again, the girl who attended me, very polite, apologized and said she would pass my number to another colleague who could help me. As expected, no one has contacted me. I hope the owner of the apartment reads this review and is aware that there are people interested in buying and probably would have sold it already if the staff from the real estate agency they chose did their job. I understand that everything slows down in August, but what I don’t understand is the indifference and total lack of interest.

I try to contact them for receipts and changes of ownership of the electricity bill, but they are unresponsive. I am surprised by so many positive comments; I suppose they find it easy to sell and rent using these techniques, but it is clear they completely ignore the tenants, who are the ones paying their fees.
