Fantastic experience: Very good treatment, I felt totally accompanied throughout the entire buying process, especially by Sophía who explained everything to me every time it was needed and kept informing and advising me at each step we took, making it less complicated than it seemed at first. I also dealt with Santiago who showed me the flat and took the initial information, which was very good. I can't say anything negative because what could have been a bit more "tedious" in terms of paperwork would have been the same in any other real estate agency, so I would repeat with them.

Negative experience: I called Solivia from Madrid this morning to ask about an apartment on the outskirts of Oviedo, and nothing, they don't even answer. I filled out the form on their website to get in touch with them and to know more information, and possibly to buy an apartment. Well, you can't submit the form. I am getting tired of Solivia, but I am leaving.

You have to keep on them, for a simple piece of paper it has been a month and I am still waiting, I stopped looking for more houses because I had found the one I wanted, their excuse is that they do not have other showings so there is no problem that it will still be there. WELL, THE OWNERS HAVE SOLD IT ELSEWHERE!! So I have lost the opportunity to buy this one or another one that I didn't look for in a month. And now looking at the reviews.... I see that it's something common.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency that exists. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Guaranteed waste of time. Fake prices, fake listings everywhere, and they never answer the phone.

Positive experience: The attention from the staff at the Oviedo office is very good, especially Esther, who is the person I had the most interaction with... they do not have 5 stars because the headquarters of Solvia are working hard to slow down the processes.

Negative experience: I regret not having read the reviews before embarking on the purchase of a flat with Solvia Oviedo. It has been a long, arduous, and unfortunate experience. The management has been dreadful and full of obstacles once the purchasing process was initiated. On the same day of the signing, there were still outstanding debts with the homeowners' association that no one knew about... When I finally managed to sign after a failed attempt due to their poor advice, they forget the keys... We agreed that they would deliver them to me 3 days later at a designated point, and no one showed up. After demanding, I finally got them 5 days later, and to my surprise, they didn't give me all the keys (attic and mailbox missing) nor did all the ones they did give me work. The head of the branch suggests that they may have changed the lock and walks away. I call the colleague, and she tells me that it is not Solvia's obligation to provide me with keys to access the building. After a very unpleasant discussion, she hangs up on me, leaving me stranded with keys that don’t work and a door and anti-squatter alarm still activated in the property. From that moment on, now with the check in my pocket, they wash their hands of me, leaving me with various pending issues. They neither respond to my messages nor attend to my inquiries about the water and electricity supply, information I need to activate those services. It has been incompetent, embarrassing management and the treatment is unacceptable. The Solvia Oviedo branch with all its employees is highly incompetent and totally unreliable. The only professional who has been up to the task at all times is Pelayo, who left the branch after showing me the flat. Be very careful if anyone is considering buying any property with them.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I've had, the passivity of their staff, the way they act (only if you ask), the lack of experience in dealing with clients, the administrative silences... A property purchase and, two months later, the promised keys, confusion, whether we meet or not, the keys that weren't the right ones, blah blah blah. No official apology, silence... let's see if they forget and don’t complain. Maybe now I understand why Sabadell ran away. The place is beautiful, but you can't dress a monkey in silk. Be careful, they are the kind of people who pick up the money and run! And are just passing through... a cannon shot.

The property we bought had some damages caused by the community, and despite having made the deposit and accepted the offer, she continued to carry out various tasks, some on her personal time, to help us with the homeowners' association. Another professional at the time of securing the sale would have neglected this. A luxury. Highly recommended.
