Negative experience: They kept us waiting for 2 days to give us an appointment to see an apartment. Finally, we got an appointment to see the apartment, and an hour before the visit, they told us that the owner had rented it out on his own just a few hours ago. Total lack of seriousness and professionalism. Real estate agency to avoid.

Negative experience: The experience was one of complete lack of professionalism, given a problem that negatively affected my daughter's studies (most rentals in Oviedo are for MIR students); in fact, it is a special contract for MIR students. It turns out there was major construction to be carried out (they tore down the steps of the ground floor and the entire entrance, including elevators), and when we signed the contract, NOBODY informed us. The construction began 15 days after we moved into the apartment they found for us, with a duration of about 5 months. The agent, to whom I informed of the situation and asked for help in finding another place because my daughter urgently needed to leave, as it was her study location, and they knew it, NEVER contacted me, did not answer my calls, and of course, did not find us another place. And of course, they have not refunded me 1€ for their poor management. I paid in advance for one month due to extremely poor management and 0 responsibility for their work. Of course, I do not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This is the second apartment I rent with this agency, and I can only thank them for the professionalism of their service, especially Fran, a ten out of ten real estate agent. Reading some reviews, I realize they undermine that professionalism. I must say that finding a rental apartment today is difficult; in fact, it has happened to me several times, but I do not blame the professional for that. Fran, a thousand thanks once again!

Negative experience: I come to share my experience from a few years ago AGAIN because since they didn't like all the terrible reviews, they decided to delete their profile and apparently have created it again. A few years ago, their agent HARASSED me over the phone to take a flat and go see it. Since I didn't go or answer or anything because I saw how fraudulent they were, they began to bombard me on WhatsApp with messages... outrageous. Furthermore, I mention fraudulent because after seeing several flats with them, I went with another agency, and it turns out that everything they publish with community fees not included is FALSE. They themselves ARTIFICIALLY LOWER THE PRICES OF THE FLATS TO DECEIVE PEOPLE. This makes it seem cheaper and then you get hit with a community fee of €120 as if that were said by the owner of the flat and not something you invented. I verified this after seeing a flat with them, and then that same flat with another agency, and meeting the owner of the flat, who told me there were no community fees for the tenant, that the total RENT price was what they considered RENT+COMMUNITY. You have to be shameless SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: The day before yesterday I called to ask about a rental apartment and explained that my partner and I have temporary contracts and that we could provide guarantors. The man, if I can call him that, said he would ask the owners. I have not heard anything and I call today; the apartment is reserved. I ask him what happened and he started to act deaf before hanging up. Then he said that young people like to live in a commune and enjoy the freedom of not having children. Shameless vultures.

Negative experience: ATENCIÓN LAMENTABLE. Paso a resumir mi experiencia, llamo a esta agencia porque quiero COMPRAR un piso y mi intención es visitarlo, la persona que me contesta al teléfono me dice que hay una chica actualmente viviendo en el piso y que tienen que ponerse en contacto con ella para concertar una visita, le comento que sin problema y que estaría pendiente. Pasada una semana vuelvo a llamar porque me extraña que tarden tanto en ponerse en contacto conmigo, me comenta que no se ha olvidado de mi pero que es dificil ponerse en contacto con la chica, que cuando lo hagan ya me llamarán. Pues bien, han pasado 3 semanas y no he vuelto a tener noticias. Gracias a su gran atención y profesionalidad (nótese la ironía) he comprado un piso en la misma zona, con iguales características y con una atención impecable por parte de otra agencia con la que supuestamente tienen que competir. Desde aquí volver a agradeceros vuestra gran labor y os animo a continuar en esa misma línea (nótese la ironía otra vez), os debe ir muy bien para permitiros ir perdiendo VENTAS DE PISOS, un saludo.

Negative experience: Atención pésima y muy desagradable con un trato bejatorio e intentando humillarnos por nuestros ingresos, metiendose en nuestra vida privada y haciendo preguntas privadas con continuas faltas de respeto. Supongo que al vernos una pareja jóven, se creyó con la potestad de hacerlo. Desde luego ya teníamos claro que no íbamos a alquilar ese inmueble incluso antes de verlo, únicamente por el trato recibido. Además, y para colmo, mintieron sobre las fotos y sobre la verdadera localización del inmueble, enseñándonos uno completamente distinto.

Negative experience: Atención telefónica pésima,quedó en llamarme el individuo que me contestó el teléfono porque estaba interesada en un piso (le recalqué que tenía bastante interés)y dijo que me apuntaba el número,a día de hoy sigo sin saber nada y me meto en idealista y me dice que ya no está disponible,pero ni avisan ni nada,y el trato como si le debieras dinero
