El efecto que causa con el cielo cambiante es una delicia y los cambios de tiempo tan frecuentes en la ciudad ayudan a conseguir unos efectos visuales muy llamativos. Por su altura sirve como referencia para algunas de las zonas visitables de la ciudad; como por ejemplo: el Teatro Campoamor.
