Ourengestión Inmobiliaria

Negative experience: Very bad, unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Very professional and involved, from start to finish. It was a complicated sale and they stayed on top of it until it was completed, always with a kind approach and advising us throughout the process. Completely satisfied.

Fantastic experience: My experience with oregestión inmobiliaria was ten out of ten; the service was exquisite. Great professionalism, I can only say good things about it. I recommend it to everyone who needs to rent or sell a home; they are in the best hands. Also to those who need to buy or rent. It was a pleasure to deal with Mari Carmen for her friendliness and professionalism.

Negative experience: Very poor service. We arranged days ago to see a house in Otenae and they scheduled us for today, April 11th at 4:30 PM. When we went to confirm the appointment at 3:45 PM, they told us via WhatsApp that they couldn't show us the house. When we called the real estate agent for an explanation, she said that the house she was supposedly going to show us is dried up... In short... no comments, we traveled 70 km for this. And still, she has the nerve to offer us another house via WhatsApp... I give one star because otherwise I can't publish, but I wouldn't give any.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with your work, very efficient. Thank you Maricarmen.

Fantastic experience: She has cared at all times to ensure that everything is done correctly, a wonderful professional, she informs you of any doubts you may have. Professional at all times and as a person, she is lovely and very approachable. A thousand thanks for helping me get my house.

Fantastic experience: The treatment has been very professional with Mari Carmen and also very close. She has resolved our doubts and made things easier for us to carry out the entire process and paperwork. Very attentive even after finishing her management. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience with the rental she offered us. Carmen was very attentive to respond to any issues in the apartment.

Fantastic experience: Mari Carmem is a most profesional and honest estate agent. She has been like this from the start onto the end of our house sale and after a true diamond. Thank you so much for helping us to find our first house together in Galicia. Love from Frank and Quezia xxx.

Fantastic experience: We put the sale of our house exclusively with Ourengestión and within a month the house was already sold; María Carmen managed everything quickly and very efficiently. We were thrilled with the result and the treatment received, 100% recommendable.

Fantastic experience: Maria Carmen is a professional in the sector and attended to us perfectly during the purchase of our house. Very grateful for the attention and everything was really very easy. Thank you very much for everything.

Fantastic experience: I am really very happy. I saw the apartment on the page to buy, they showed it to me the next day, talked to the owner, and got the price down a bit. I am truly very satisfied; they advised me on the prices, and I am extremely happy with my apartment. And about the girl who attended us, she was very friendly and kind. She showed us the apartment several times and answered all my questions, attending to me at any time.

Negative experience: Well, it leaves a lot to be desired... zero management... zero information... And the discrimination due to vulnerability when one is in a housing program... uffff very bad

Negative experience: Just like other reviews, I called to inquire about an apartment and I wasn't spat in the face because I spoke with her on the phone. She simply told me that they wouldn't even bother to show me the apartment.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism
