Negative experience: Just to say that I ended up hiring a lawyer to deal with the real estate agent says it all. Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful; lacking knowledge of Urban Leasing laws. After several visits to the office, calls from my lawyer, and a formal notice, I managed to communicate with the owner of the apartment, and it turned out that she was also being lied to and had information withheld from her. I do not recommend this at all for searching for an apartment or for renting one; their only job, which is to mediate between tenant/landlord and handle the legal documents, they do poorly, and it will eventually cost some owner legal issues and fines. I did not report the conditions of my contract and apartment because when I spoke with the owner, I realized she was not to blame for what had happened.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Unacceptable treatment of customers. Nothing professional. And where I said 'say' I say 'diego'. Arrogant expressions and lack of respect and professionalism.

Negative experience: I did not like the treatment as a potential tenant at all. Not professional, and moreover, they keep stalling, are irresponsible, and treat customers poorly.

Fantastic experience: Tenía urgencia para encontrar un alquiler y necesitaba ciertas condiciones por lo que me era difícil encontrar piso. Por suerte conocí está inmobiliaria y me encontraron justo lo que buscaba sin dificultad alguna. Sin duda volvería a acudir a ellos en caso de mudarme, profesionales, empáticos y muy amables.

Fantastic experience: Alquile mi piso gracias a ellos que dialogaron con los caseros y accedieron hacernos el contrato, como todos sabemos no depende de las inmobiliarias directamente que el propietario alquile o no las viviendas a la gente...las normas siempre las pone el dueño del piso, y últimamente se pasan con las condiciones...pero bueno, tuve suerte de encontrarme con angel y lorea que me ayudaron a tener el primer alquiler de mi vida!muchas gracias, sin duda recomendable
